The townhouse "Gaviotas" is located in a dream location, directly on the white sand beach and crystal-clear waters of Playa de Muro with unbeatable views and has private access to the beach.



The outdoor area has a furnished terrace for dining outdoors, chill-out furniture to relax in one of its comfortable hammocks overlooking Muro Beach, an elevated and furnished terrace to enjoy sea views and its crystal-clear waters. Its lawn offers space for children to play or sunbathe.



The modern carefully styled house is distributed over 3 floors and has space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms. It features an open kitchen connected to the living room, bright and modern, a living-dining room with wifi and Smart TV where you can spend pleasant moments with friends or family, 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a bathroom with shower and a main bedroom on the second floor with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and spectacular sea views. One of the rooms has a double bed and ceiling fan and another room with 2 single beds. One of the bathrooms is located on the first floor. Wir hatten mit zwei Kindern (3 und 5 Jahre alt) eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Apartment auf Mallo

Schon bei unserer Anreise fanden wir kühle Getränke im Kühlschrank vor, darunter Wasser, Bier und sogar zwei Flaschen Wein – eine wirklich nette Geste! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer und die direkte Nähe zum Strand. Der Strand ist durch den Garten direkt erreichbar, was unglaublich praktisch war. Der große Garten ist mit Spielzeug für Kinder ausgestattet und hat eine kleine Sandfläche, in der unsere Kinder stundenlang spielen konnten. So waren die Kinder immer beschäftigt und in Sichtweite. Ein kleiner Nachteil war die Straße gegenüber, wo sich ein größeres Hotel befindet. Dort wird täglich von 21-22 Uhr sehr laute Musik gespielt, die deutlich im Haus zu hören ist. Für Frühschläfer könnte das problematisch sein. Zudem ist das Haus generell sehr hellhörig, woran man sich anpassen muss. Insgesamt war es aber eine wunderbare Woche.

Perfekte Lage

Direkt am Strand. Jedoch nicht so ruhig, da die Nachbarn kleine Kinder hatten und das Hotel gleich nebenan viel Animation hatten. Das war wohl einfach eine laute Woche. Ansonsten wirklich alles perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben direkt für 2022 gebucht 😎

Wir haben ein schönes, sauberes Haus vorgefunden, fühlten uns im Urlaub sehr wohl und konnten die Nähe zum Strand genießen. Auch die Umgebung mit Supermarkt und Restaurants war für uns passend. Wer lange Strandspaziergänge mag, wird sich wohlfühlen. Das Wasser ist flach und daher gut für Kinder und Nichtschwimmer geeignet. Im Hotel nebenan ist bis ca.22Uhr Programm, aber dann ist Ruhe. Der Mietwagen kann in der Garage geparkt werden oder auch neben dem Haus. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Das Haus liegt an einer top Lage. In den beiden unteren Schlafzimmer gibt es nur Deckenventilatoren. Im heissen Sommer war das zu wenig. Klimaanlage wäre besser.
