Beautiful rustic house in the north of the island in a very pretty village where you will find tranquillity.



This beautiful country house is located in the north of the island, in the town of Muro. From here you will find the main commercial area at 1 km, where all shops, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, etc. are located.

The house is situated on a plot of 1800 m². The house has 130 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people, it has 2 bedrooms with two single beds in each, it also has a bathroom with a shower and an outdoor bathroom also with a shower.

The spacious living room has a TV with satellite channels and WiFi, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for you to enjoy your holidays.



The 130 m² terrace with stunning panoramic views offers a large swimming pool and jacuzzi so that you can enjoy Mallorca's sunny climate. Also in the evenings, you have the option to prepare a tasty meal on the barbecue for family or friends.

Air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms with timer (2 hours)

Séjour au top!

Propriété très joliment rénovée et pleine de charme. Tout est pensé pour le confort. Maison vraiment agréable et emplacement idéal pour le calme! Propriétaires très réactifs et gentils. Petit bémol: la petite chambre d'enfant n'est pas climatisée.

Ein sehr vorteilhaftes Foto von einem Objekt im Industriegebiet, das weniger dem heutigen Stand entspricht. Der Kunstrasen ist abgewetzt, die Küchenschränke riechen, ebenso die Dusche (mit Nachlass der vorherigen Gäste). Das zweite Bad (mit defekter Duschabtrennung) befindet sich außerhalb des Hauses in der Verlängerung der Garage. Die gewohnte Reinlichkeit war an vielen Stellen nicht gegeben, von der Lage zu schweigen. Die Poolanlage war im Wesentlichen ok. Wir waren sehr viel unterwegs...

Die Finca hat alles was Großstädter benötigen . Die Schweinezucht gleich Nebenan könnte für einige als Störend empfunden werden . Zum Teil war es sehr lautes "geschreie" in den Abendstunden. Wir mussten leider auch sehen wie ein Jungtier verendet weggetragen wurde :-( . Die Pfannen in der Küche sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten empfanden wir die Übergabe der Finca sehr angenehm und die ungezwungene Privatsphäre entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Vielen Dank , immer wieder gerne .

Sweet house comfortable

The house is very nice, with air conditioning, kitchen material, grill/ barbecue, and all that you need for holidays. The neighbor (pigs) is funny and not smelly and noisy the night as we can pretend. After one week, we just have to mention that the swimming pool needs to be cleaned and filtred regularly, because it became dirty. If you can let material so that visitors can clean themselves or make the filtre runs, it would be better.
