Villa Siena is a beautiful independent house, newly restructured in its entirety, salvaged in accordance with the traditions of Tuscan farmhouses.
It takes its name from the magnificent view of the town of Siena and the breathtaking hills which make this landscape one of the most beautiful in the world.
Villa Siena is a house suited to a couple who wish more privacy, but it is also extremely comfortable for a family of 4 persons.
The entrance hall has a large glass partition which opens to the kitchen fitted out with all the modern conveniences: microwave, traditional oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, of which are set in highest quality cherry wood.
On the same floor as the kitchen there is a lounge. It too has a large glass partition which, together with the lovely fireplace, frames a 1700's archway made from Tuscan bricks. A bathroom with a sizable shower completes the ground floor.

Abbiamo soggiornato alla Palazzina è stata una vacanza stupenda, il posto è incantevole molto pulito e molto curato e raffinato ma rispetta l'atmosfera di una dimora toscana. I proprietari sono molto professionali e molto gentili, Gli appartamenti sono curatissimi con tutto l'occorrente, E poi la piscina è meravigliosa , non ho mai visto un posto così curato , COMPLIMENTI!!! e grazie e speriamo di tornare presto

Paradise !

Just a quick email to thank you for having us to stay in "Vescavado". We had a lovely time and wished we could have stayed longer. Next time we are in Tuscany, we will! La Palazzina is delightful, and very restful. Thank you, also, for letting us use the pool after we had left our room. We left later than planned originally, as our flight leaves later than I originally thought. We left the towels from our room behind the door in the bathroom near the pool, and a book from our room on the table nearby. Oh, and we left our Lonely Planet book of Italy in our room, for the next travelers. I hope they have as much fun in Italy as we have! We shall return. Cheers, and thanks, Cathy and Andrew Branson

Urlaub im Paradies

Wir waren zwei Wochen zu Gast bei Eloise und Alessio und haben das Appartment „Suite“ bewohnt. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub, bei dem wirklich alles gestimmt hat, so dass wir ungern wieder weggefahren sind. Das Anwesen gruppiert sich locker um kiesbestreute Wege, die sich in der Mitte zu einem Sitzplatz unter einem Walnussbaum öffnen – dies ist der Sitzplatz der Wohnung „Suite“. Wir haben jeden Tag stundenlang dort gesessen, gelesen, gegessen, einfach das wunderbare Ambiente genossen. Es ist ein ruhiger idyllischer Ort, Remmidemmi und Action sucht man hier vergebens, zum Glück. Das Gelände ist absolut gepflegt und dennoch anheimelnd bewachsen, schöne Hortensien, bewachsene alte Mauern, ein gemauerter Grill in der Nähe des Swimmingpools. Den Pool haben wir auch genutzt, er war sehr sauber und erfrischend, Blick auf eine sanft ansteigende Wiese und die ländliche Umgebung. Die Lage in den Hügeln oberhalb von Siena ist immer um 2 Grad kühler und vor allem luftiger gewesen als „unten“ – perfekt für den Sommer. Die Gastgeber Eloise und Alessio sind absolut freundlich und unkompliziert, sehr sehr sympathische Leute, hilfsbereit ohne die Spur von Aufdringlichkeit. Diese Freundlichkeit ist nicht aufgesetzt, sie sind einfach so, das hat man gemerkt. Die Wohnung Suite hat einen eigenen Eingang, ist in einem kleinen Häuschen für sich untergebracht, das mit sehr viel Stil und Geschmack restauriert und ausgestattet ist. Besonders gut hat uns das große Bad gefallen, das Highlight ist hier die Badewanne mit Blick in die Morgensonne und auf die Hügel der Crete, über einem die urige Holzbalkendecke – ein Traum! Das Bett ist ein französisches mit einer Matratze. Gleich aufgefallen ist uns, dass die Wohnung absolut sauber und gepflegt war. Wir haben bei anderen Auszügen von Gästen beobachtet, wie lange und gründlich die Putzfrau die Endreinigung machte. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir zum Kochen brauchten, und wir haben nie auswärts gegessen, sondern uns viel Toskanisches zubereitet. Die Zahl der Ausflüge hielt sich in Grenzen, weil es auf dem Gelände einfach zu schön war. Trotzdem der Vollständigkeit halber: Siena ist in 20 Minuten zu erreichen, Fahrt durch wunderbare Hügellandschaften. Fazit: wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Anlage und die Wohnung absolut empfehlen! Danke, Eloise und Alessio!

Parents de jeunes enfants, nous avons passé une semaine vraiment formaidable à la LA PALAZZINA. Les appartements et l'environnement sont vraiment agréables et la situation (18 km de Sienne) est idéale pour visiter la région. Les propriétaires sont vraiment accueillants et soucieux du confort de leurs invités. On se croirait presque à l'hôtel ... A réserver absolument ! cadre exceptionnel, propriété magnifique et de caractère en pleine campagne, accueil généreux et vraiment chaleureux dans une région qui mérite vraiment un séjour prolongé : sienne à proximité, val d'orcia (magnifique), pienza, florence et san gimigniano à une heure environ... description de location sur le site juste, photos identiques à l'original, location très propre, entretien soigné de la propriété, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, parlent plusieurs langues, sont disponibles et vraiment chaleureux, vente de produits de la ferme sur place( huile, fromage, vin). location recommandée chaudement. véhicule indispensable. Nous pouvons fort recommander ce séjour. L'ensemble des bâtiments est très typique et se trouve dans un paysage merveilleux mais facilement accessible. Les chambres sont très propres, bien équipées et spacieuses. Il y a une grande piscine avec suffisament de chaises longues. Jardin bien entretenu avec beaucoup de fleurs. Le plus important est que les propriétaires sont vraiment très cordiales, serviables et discrètes. Nous y avons passé des vacances inoubliables. Un atout supplémentaire : on y vend un excellent vin. Situé très centrale pour faire des excursions.

We want to raccomaned this place,the house it very confortable, beautiful and quite. We decide to rent this propriety becouse of the position, and the lovely forniture. The view it very attractive, we spend a lot of time in the terrasse, very private and perfect to setting and heating ecc:: The pool it wonderfull I remember all the flowers around the pool with a good smell, For family with children it a perfect solution. We had a good time to the owners, they are very helpfully! The organize for us a very good dinar with a very good vine around the pool.
