Several positive points: the area is beautiful, the pool was fab and breakfast was excellent. Less good points: the bedroom and bathroom were tired in decor and in need of some repairs. Service at dinner was dreadful, we sat with stale dry bread and water for around 45 minutes whilst others were being served their full meals, before being allowed to order anything ourselves. Other tables were in the same position. Once we had finally ordered, an appetiser was served almost immediately and the main course around a minute later (before we had finished the first), then finally the drinks. If there had been literally anywhere else to go eat, we would have left. The food was tasty but overpriced.

Wow, what an amazing property! We rented a beautiful apartment that was originally created in the 13th century but was very updated and comfortable. Kitchen space had fridge/freezer and oven/range and was stocked with dishes and pans. The on site restaurant was fantastic and the best food we've had in Italy. Beautiful pool and each apartment has their own private changing room at the pool. Really helpful staff, Iwish we would have stayed longer! IMPORTANT NOTE- don't use google maps to navigate there, we did and ended up going up the side of a mountain before turning back. Use Waze.

the hotel is a very nice hotel very good restaurant and very clean . i have to mention Alessandra the manager of the hotel -she is actually the best asset the hotel could have! i am not kidding one bit. she is an incredible person who help us beyond expectation in our bad experience we had with our budget rental car... she managed to help us to get to florence relatively on time to get our tour there (we didnt have a car because of budget rental situation ) and let our stay there to be less traumatic. I have to mention also Marco who was our other angel who drive us all the way to siena to get the bus to florence. whithout them we wouldnt make it at all! and missed all our planned trip to florence. thnak you and thank you over an over for all your kidness. i have tomention as well that we ate at the restaurant there and the argentinian waitress Andrea maybe,,,,,, she is also a fantastic host who attend us very very well trying to do her best to make us feel happy. please remember we ate dinner time and we were in such distress for our situation with budget that she realized how we were and make our stay there way great! highly recommended this hotel .

The stay here was amazing. It is not fancy but a unique experience. The property is gorgeous - the central pool are is wonderful. We were fortunate to stay in the villa with private pool - it was wonderful. What made this place amazing was the restaurant - Chef is outstanding and the service is the best. We are a family with Celiac and the Chef and staff went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience not to mention it was delicious! We also attended the on site horseback riding and they were also amazing!! Thank you for bringing so much happiness to our family vacation!!

The accommodation was clean, however the kitchen was tired and needed to be updated. The location of the accommodation was a distance away from the reception but wasn’t a problem. We had a problem locating the property on arrival due to using Google maps which led us onto impassable roads. This was due to the directions given by Expedia not the property.

Amazing stay. Staff are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. They make you feel like family, food is divine. Different menu every night. Our family group of 8 gave it 10/10. Beautiful large swimming pool. Lake to fish at. Everything is very clean.

The environment was awesome! Very beautiful and peaceful. The staff at the restaurant were super friendly. The property has very poor signal though and the Roma are very average. We didn’t have warm water for a little bit and it took us time to find the reception to fix it. Overall, worth visiting for the cost and the nature.

Cannot wait to stay here again

DO NOT STAY HERE WITHOUT A CAR. However it was absolutely beautiful and the service was incredible. The apartments and rooms can be very spaced out on the land so staying here without a car is impossible and the roads aren’t great. We asked to switch rooms as we wanted to be close to the pool and the staff were so helpful and polite and moved us without any trouble. The blonde lady running the restaurant and pool bar is incredible and her service is 10/10 she’s an absolute delight. The local wine is fantastic and extremely good value for money. We recommend the burger highly! And the breakfast was fresh with a great variety. Pool is clean and well kept and the little dog that runs around the hotel is a really lovely homely touch. Cannot wait to come back again!!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our time here. The room was big, clean and had everything we needed. The dinner at the restaurant was amazing. The only downside is the access, it's through a dirt road which is not in the best condition so take it handy. Definitely recommend Fattoria Casabianca

Fantastic experience! We stayed in a large family 3-bedroom apartment, certainly large enough to spread out. While I didn’t appreciate the musky smell, I understand that those are some very old buildings... dating back to 1200. Easy enough to air out. We had an issue turning on the heat (it was very cold that day), and the service man drove up quickly: made sure that all radiators were on and showed us how to change the settings in the future. The restaurant is phenomenal!!! Great service, fantastic food. Many thanks to the chef who made allergy friendly breakfast upside down pineapple cake especially for my children. Warning: WiFi is only available in the lobby, and reception is pretty non existent. Perfect place to turn off the world and just enjoy your stay.

Great stay in the Tuscan countryside

We stayed 7 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment and had a great time. The property is truly beautiful, exactly what we were envisaging in Tuscany. They make wine and olive oil on-site. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. Sure it is a bit aged and rustic, but again perfectly clean and functional. WiFi, hot water, appliances, everything worked just fine. In a way, what you lose in modernity and perhaps comfort, you gain in charm and atmosphere which to us was not a problem, au contraire. Especially as the price was very reasonable. We haven't tried breakfast. Restaurant was good although nothing to rave about. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only thing that bothered us a bit is that none of the essential supplies are provided except toilet paper (2 rolls) . You have to buy dishwashing detergent, oil, café and such which is inconvenient (shop is 20min drive away) and at the end we wasted what was not used. Overall, excellent relaxing week and we wished we booked for longer.

For reasons we reached bit late around 10pm and lost our way . Tried reaching mobile which went voicemail. Interiors needs upgrade and bad mobile and wifi signal throughout the property. Paid my bills previous evening for early checkout and when handing over keys they asked to pay 2 euros for ordering tap water in the restaurant Location is a plus .. Beautiful . and large area.Should improve on activities and customer service

Wonderful one week in Casabianca!

Fattoria Casabianca is perfect choise for someone who is looking for an escape from cities, noise and people :) we stayed there for one week in May and it we would love to get back there! Breakfasts are great and dinners too (not cheap but value is definitely worth this price!). Eating breakfast with a view like Casabianca has is irreplaceable. Just be aware that your car can feel unpaved roads:)
