I have stayed here before and it’s been good, HOWEVER, this time we turn up only to find that alert from breakfast, which is poor, no food is being served. The restaurant is now closed for another 10 days, the bar is shut so you can even get a bottle of water and the pool is dirty. No mention of any of this at the one of booking. Will never stay here again
Stayed here for 2 nights. We entered our room to find that there were crumbs on a chair that had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The beds were very cheap and low quality and my bed sheet had a large tear in it. They need to put a decent comforter on each bed because the flimsy bedding was not cutting it for me. I was cold and had to use one of the questionable-looking blankets from the closet. In the morning when I entered the bathroom it smelled horrible and it was nothing we had done as guests. I think the toilet water had a bad odor. On the plus side each bedroom has a patio. No fridge in the room to store food or drinks. No shampoo or hair dryer was provided. Overall a very average place.
Booked twin beds - got one small double bed in one room and a spare bed set up in another room without bedside table or lamp. No bath mat. Etc, etc. Pool closed several hrs during the day. Breakfast was pitiful - 2 tiny thin slices of melon each, half a toasted bread roll each, some toast, one croissant each, one sachet of jam each, one tiny butter each and coffee & orange juice. We thought the waiter looked embarrassed to serve this . We had booked 3 night but only stayed for one night. The guy at reception and the breakfast waiter were both polite & friendly.
have eaten here 2 or 3 times before but it is the first time we have stayed. Superb huge room overlooking the swimming pool, bathroom a little cramped. Very friendly welcome, everywhere in the hotel is spotless, food superb and good value. Easy walking to superb Bolnuevo beach. We stayed in May and only 50 euros per night
We were recently put up to do an inspection trip in the Murcia area. Bedrooms are large but dated. However they are clean. Ate once at the restaurant. Food ok but expensive for what you get. Overall service good.
First of all check, quick, easy effortless. Hotel bedroom huge. Large balcony with great views. Very clean. Beds very comfortable, I could not fault this Hotel. Then breakfast, no buffet it was served at the table. Nice coffee. Very relaxed. Thank you
The hotel is spotless with tastful decor, the resturaunt and bar areas are delightful, you may if you wish, dine by the pool which is very pleasant and not at all chavy! The resturaunt food is top class but portions are small, breakfast suited us tostada with oil, ham and cheese. I can recommend Room 110 which is at the corridor end so less noisy. The generous balcony overlooks the pool and gardens. Huge living room with a separate bedroom. Aircon, flat screen TV (which we never watched). Heavy drapes keep out all the light for a sound night. Free Parking right outside and a 10 to 15 min stroll will see you on the beach or in one of the many bars or resturaunts.
A little gem very clean great pool and the staff are welcoming. The down side breakfast is very poor and no English stations on the TV. All rooms have air con and the beds are very comfortable. Not too far to other bars and restaurants Highly recommend.
Having to visit the area for difficult family reasons, we found this little gem of a hotel a perfect retreat. The staff were polite and very helpful without being over the top and nothing seemed too much. The hotel and pool area were immaculate and the breakfasts were simple but very enjoyable. Will definitely return and recommend, thankyou.
Having decided to explore on foot, we followed signs to this establishment. We were the only couple having a late breakfast of Spanish bread, tomato and olive oil with a pot of tea in the gardens nr the outdoor pool. Very relaxing. Service was polite and courteous. The menu del dia (12 euros) was displayed before we left and would certainly return to enjoy a meal.
