Excellent cozy and functional apartment on the banks of the Mar Menor just 250 meters from the Playa del Espejo and about 800 meters to the Plaza del 525. Located next to supermarkets, pharmacy, gas station and restaurants. It is composed of two complete rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom, a fully furnished kitchen, a balcony, a large dining room with a sofa bed and a large terrace with relaxing sofas to enjoy summer evenings. The apartment is on the first floor equipped with sheets, towels and everything you need in the kitchen to enjoy your vacation.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.

Good apartment and location, 5 minute walk to Mar Menor and 15 minutes to central area. Average amount of cooking utensils (we added some to property). Shower, toilet, and sink sometimes smelled (we poured bleach down each, which helped). Shower head needs new firmer holder. Needs a coffee table in living room. (Manuals to use stove, oven, microwave, and overhead stove fan would be helpful.)Neighbor are major smokers, which made solarium difficult for us (non-smokers) to use. Overall, Javier was a great host. Very responsive. The apartment was clean and in good shape. A great value. We would stay again.

Great apartment 2 mins from beach.

Had a great stay in the apartment. Had everything we needed and really clean and well kept. 2 mins walk from beach and halfway between 525 square and the old town so handy for everything. Lovely outside space with sun all day and really quiet would recommend.

Perfect little apartment

The property was exactly as described. It was literally a 5 minute stroll to the beach and the closest beach bar. And just a few minutes to the old town. There is a supermarket close by and shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The patio at the back of the apartment was quite and held the sun til quite late in the evening. We ate out there most evenings. The kitchen was small but well equipped. The bedrooms were large with plenty of wardrobe space and the beds were comfortable. The TV only has Spanish channels, not a problem for us, but worth considering if you aren't Spanish speaking and have children. Overall the apartment and location were perfect for us and we would definitely recommend it.

La verdad que parecía más grande pero la verdad que mi famila y yo hemos estado muy bien en el apartamento , la limpieza bastante bien , bien situado al estar dos calles detrás de la playa no hay ruido ni molestias de la gente , llegamos antes de la hora y el dueño nos facilito la entrada la verdad k volveré a repetir
