Disgusting and unacceptable apartment

Can someone give me a number so we can claim a refund. There was blood over all the bedding and a towel (we have pictures)I contacted the person who’s number I was given and told us that he wasn’t sending any one out to sort the blood stained sheet at that we had to sort it, we could have the aircon on because the excess water just went into a old water bottle and had to be empty it every 2 hours or it flooded the apartment, all the sun beds were broken so we couldn’t even sun bath, there are several other thing but these are the major problems, I would rather not take it though the claims court and this can be sorted privately.

La torre

No cups for tea or coffee i had to buy2. No sieve ,chopping board, grater or potatoe peeler. No plug for sink in kitchen to wash up or bathroom sink Loose tap on kitchen sink. Drab interior. I x sun lounger no good and broken and no pool chairs which would have been useful. Will go to another property next year better equiped.
