Wunderschönes Haus aus den 80er Jahre, top gepflegt mit Traumhaftem Garten. Durch den Garten in wenigen Minuten zum wunderschönen Strand. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Villa, super Strandlage

Schöne, erholsame Urlaubstage im Garten und am direkt angrenzenden Strand. In der Villa war alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne ein Mal wieder.

schöne Strandvilla mit tollem Garten

Hier hat es uns gut gefallen. Alle Reisenden (Erwachsene wie Kinder) fanden v.a. die Lage am Strand super. Der Garten war gepflegt, bot Schatten und Sitzmöglichkeiten und mit der Gartendusche was Praktisches. Der Zugang zur Villa konnte bequem über die Terrasse erfolgen - hier war die doppelte Schiebetür zur Küche/Wohnraum super. Sehr gut ausgestattet -es war alles und genügend da. Und nicht zu vergessen - der Willkommensgruß in Form von Keksen, Wein und Wasser. Sehr schön.

Great object, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house and the garden are beautiful, and the location with direct beach access is just perfect. The house was equipped with everything we needed and even the fridge was pre-filled with some goodies. Communication with the owner before arrival but also during the stay was very smooth and unproblematic.

Charmantes Haus direkt am Strand

Wir haben mit sieben Personen einen tollen Urlaub dort verbracht. Die Villa Paola bietet alles, was man braucht, ist urgemütlich und hat eine ganz besondere Lage direkt am Strand! Man kann sich aber auch in den Schatten des Gartens zurückziehen, toll auch die Außendusche, die man nach dem Bad im Meer optimal nutzen kann. Schön wären noch ein Paar Auflagen für die Holzliegen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte reibungslos und Check-in und Out verliefen unkompliziert... wir kommen gerne wieder!

The owner gave us a very warm welcome - thank you very much. The house is nice and cosy with a lovely garden. You just walk trough the garden to the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped (lot of pans, mixer, toaster, ...) We enjoyed our stay a lot and we will return to the same place. :-)))

Toller Urlaub!

Wir verbrachten in der Villa Paola zwei großartige Wochen unserer Sommerferien. Die Lage des Hauses in dem weitläufigen Garten direkt am wunderschönen Strand ist wahrscheinlich schwer zu übertreffen. Das Wasser des Meeres war meist blau und klar und wunderschön. Lediglich die Sturmtage, die wir auch erlebten, brachten neben recht hohen Wellen auch einige Algen und an einem Tag auch Plastikmüll mit sich. Am nächsten Tag aber konnten wir das karibikblaue Wasser wieder ungetrübt genießen! Von Costa Rei aus haben wir schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht und die großartige Küstenlandschaft erkundet. Die Abende genossen wir auf der tollen Terrasse oder am Strand. Das Haus und der Garten boten uns alle nowendigen Annehmlichkeiten. Davides Bruder begrüßte uns bei der Ankunft ausgesprochen freundlich und erklärte geduldig alles Nötige. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich Wein und Wurst und anderere Leckereien. Neben Gewürzen, Essig und Öl waren auch Tabs für die Spülmaschine, Waschpulver, Shampoo, Duschgel und Seife vorhanden. Es fehlte im Haus an nichts! Alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Das einzige, was nicht so toll ist, ist der Zustand der Bäder, die eine Modernisierung dringend nötig hätten. Ingesamt tat dies unserem wunderschönen Urlaub in dem schönen Haus in grandioser Lage aber keinen Abbruch! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Schöner Familienurlaub mit ein paar Einschränkungen...

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (2+4 Jahre alt) unsere Ferien in dem schönen Haus am Strand verbracht. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, durch den Garten direkt am Strand zu sein ist toll. Es war auch viel Spielzeug für die Kinder im Garten vorhanden (Eimer, Schaufel, Wasserpistolen etc) Wir hätten uns auch gerne mal in den schattigen Garten gelegt da 2 Holzliegen vorhanden waren, aber wir haben Auflagen hierfür vermisst. Nur auf Holz zu liegen, ist nicht sonderlich bequem. Auch wäre ein Hochstuh/Kinderstuhll für kleine Kinder toll gewesen, unsere Kleinste hatte trotz Kissen unterm Popo echt Probleme mit den großen Stühlen. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet und ordentlich sauber. Trotzdem hatten wir 4 große Kakerlaken in unseren Zimmern, was echt eklig war. Da aber Spray dagegen bereit stand, ist das Problem wahrscheinlich bekannt. Der Bruder des Vermieters sagte, das komme durch den Garten. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, aber ich muss leider sagen, dass das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis meiner Meinung nach nicht stimmt. Wir haben pro Nacht 380€ bezahlt und dafür hätte ich mehr Komfort erwartet. Die Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern und Türen waren teilweise löchrig und eingerissen, die Sitzgelegenheit auf der Terasse (blaue Korbstühle und ein blaues Korbsofa) waren sehr klebrig und die Farbe färbte auf Haut und Textilien ab. Es ist halt schon abgewohnt dort, womit man gut leben kann wenn man einen angemessenen Preis dafür bezahlt. Na ja, wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt und Davide und auch sein Bruder waren immer sofort zur Stelle wenn man ein Problem hatte. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Die tolle Strandlage macht dieses Objekt aus, was für Kinder einfach traumhaft ist.

Wunderschöne Ferien / Wonderful Holidayss

Leider hat dieses Kästchen zu wenige Zeichen um unsere Begeisterung zu beschreiben. Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen für eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren mediterranen Haus und Garten. Die Betonung muss hier auf „Haus und Garten“ liegen, denn beide bilden eine perfekte nahezu natürliche Einheit. Das besonders Faszinierende ist der Wechsel der Pflanzen hin zum Strand, den man durch die Gartenpforte direkt erreicht. Als wir ankamen war alles vorbereitet. Das Haus und die Terrasse waren von Grund auf sauber, auch alles Geschirr und die Einrichtung. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen und die Handtücher lagen bereit. Selbst der Teil des Weges zur Strandpforte der sandig war, war geharkt. Wir trauten uns kaum diesen mit viel Liebe zum Detail gepflegten Weg zu betreten. Empfangen wurden wir vom Bruder des Vermieters, der uns durch Haus und Garten führte und uns alles sehr, sehr freundlich erklärte, funktionieren und uns die Pflanzen im Garten zeigte. Wir hatten eine unbeschwerte Urlaubswoche. Wer wollte konnte schon um 6 Uhr den Morgenkaffee am Strand genießen und den Sonnenaufgang erleben, oder einfach nur am Strand oder im Garten in der Sonne liegen (wenn es zu warm wurde sich auch ein schattiges Plätzchen suchen) oder immer wieder die verschiedenen Pflanzen bewundern, ein Buch lesen oder einfach nichts machen. Mein Lieblingsplatz war der aus Paletten gebaute Sitzplatz, erhöht gelegen mit dem Blick auf Strand und See. Natürlich war auch das Baden im Meer immer wieder schön. Das Wasser ist kalt, absolut klar, da nährstoffarm. Man musste nicht einmal schnorcheln, um einen Schwarm von Doraden, die am Seeboden gründelten zu beobachten. Strandspaziergänge, aber auch Wanderungen durch das Hinterland waren immer ein Erlebnis mit tollen Aussichten, beeindruckenden Gesteinsformationen, Salamandern und vielen anderen Dingen. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war die Beobachtung der Flamingos in der Lagune. Für uns war es eine rundum gelungene Urlaubswoche vor allem durch die perfekte Kombination von Haus, Garten und Strand. Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal in diesem Haus und es wird sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. For us it was a completely successful holiday week especially through the perfect combination of house, garden and beach. We were now the second time in this house and it certainly will not be the last time.

Tolles Haus im sardischen Stil mit unschlagbarer Lage

Die Lage dieses Hauses ist gerade für Familien mit Kindern unschlagbar, der direkte Zugang zum kristallklaren Wasser macht den Urlaub extrem entspannt. Davide ist ein sehr kompetenter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Kühlschrank war kaputt, innerhalb eines Tages wurde ein neuer eingebaut. Wir kommen sicher wieder!!

Urlaub im Paradies

In diesem Haus voller Charme direkt am Meer verbrachten wir zu zweit eine wundervolle Urlaubswoche. Davide und sein Bruder Bachisio haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen - wir fühlten uns gleich zu Hause. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit direktem Gartenzugang zum breiten Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser - 20 Schritte zum Meer - einfach grandios. Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse auf das Meer ist überwältigend. Wir können dieses wundervolle Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Mille grazie!! In this beautiful house full of charm right by the sea, we spent a wonderful holiday week. Davide and his brother Bachisio welcomed us very warmly - we felt right at home. The house is tastefully decorated and with direct garden access to the wide beach with crystal clear water - 20 steps to the sea - just terrific. We loved the house. Location is superb. Walk out your own garden direct on the beach. Nice bars on the beach. Huge garden with several sitting areas. And three bedrooms with AC.
