Wunderbares Haus mit tollem Ausblick, aber versteckten Kosten

Das Haus ist fantastisch gelegen, mit herrlichem Ausblick von der Terrasse - einfach ein Genuss. Die Außenduschen (Warmwasser!) ist sehr praktisch - einfach nach dem Strand oder Sport abduschen und der Sand bleibt draußen - herrlich. Das Haus ist relativ gut ausgestattet, evtl. ein paar zusätzliche Trinkgläser könnten nicht schaden. Großer Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierteil vorhanden (praktisch!), allerdings nicht sehr kalt und vereist leider rasch und stark an der Rückwand. Die Klimaanlage ist eher weniger nützlich da sie im Vorzimmer positioniert ist und es auch bei starker Kühlung und offenen Zimmertüren in den Schlafzimmern nicht wirklich kalt wird - wir haben sie nach 2 Tagen dann gar nicht mehr verwendet und stattdessen lieber die Fenster geöffnet, damit es durchziehen kann - erfreulicherweise sind Fliegengitter vorhanden. Was uns überrascht hat und in der Anzeige recht versteckt, erst nach Klick auf "Mehr anzeigen" bei der Hausordnung ersichtlich ist, sind die extra verrechneten Stromkosten - das hatten wir bislang bei keinem Quartier auf Vrbo oder in Sardinien und empfanden wir angesichts der gehoben Mietkosten (im Vergleich mit ähnlichen Quartieren in Sardinien) als unangemessen.

außergewöhnliches Objekt

Schönes Objekt mit außergewöhnlicher Aussicht. Für Familie oder Pärchen bestens geeignet. Das Mietauto steht sicher, der Vermieter und der Hausbesitzer sind gut erreichbar. Beheizbar auch in der Übergangszeit. Hier paßt Vieles. Gerne wieder.

Top Aussicht und ruhig gelegen

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus am Hang oberhalb von Costa Rei. Traumhafter Blick von der großen Terrasse mit Morgensonne. Mitte Oktober sehr ruhige Gegend, wie überhaupt alles in der Nebensaison. Das Haus hatte alles was man benötigt (u.a. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler) und vor allem eine wunderbare Außendusche mit, bei Bedarf, sehr angenehm warmen Wasser. Das Haus und der Garten sind schön angelegt und gepflegt. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, obwohl die rein italienische Kommunikation mit uns sicher nicht das Einfachste ist. Übergaben haben super geklappt und wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Im Oktober muss man sich aber bewusst sein, dass es abends mit einer frischen Meeresbrise durchaus auch mal etwas frischer sein kann, da die Sonne dann auch hinter dem Berg verschwindet. Für uns war es optimal und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben das Haus mit 4 Personen eine Woche gemietet und haben es nicht bereut. Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderbar. Alles sehr sauber und man hat alles da, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Die Außendusche ist einfach traumhaft. Im Ort kann man gut Essen und der Strand ist wunderbar.
