Casa Turquoise is a very well finished and cared for apartment, equipped with all comforts. It can accommodate up to 4 people having a living area with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, large covered veranda of about 40 square meters with dining area and breathtaking sea view ... The entrance is reached via a staircase that leads to a tiled garden with relaxation area, outdoor shower, sink area and barbecue. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living area, the kitchen has an oven, microwave, coffee maker and no. 1 led tv in the living area. The house is delivered with sheets, towels and dishes provided. The distance from the sea is about 1 km, 2/3 minutes by car or 10/15 minutes on foot.

Toller Ausblick , und sauber

Der Ausblick ist unfassbar schön, man kann da sehr gut sitzen und den Ausblick Bei jeden Wetter genießen da auch Scheiben vorhanden sind und man quasi dann wie im Wintergarten sitzen kann,echt schnuckelig und schön eingerichtet. Kommunikation auch super ,waren sehr zufrieden . Und das W-lan hat auch gut funktioniert. Kommen gerne wieder . :-)

Topempfehlung für den Sommer - aber eingeschränkt für die kalten Monate.

Absolute Topbewertung für die geräumige, sehr stilvoll und bequem möblierte Terrasse mit faszinierender Aussicht auf Meer und Land. Das Wohngeschehen dreht sich naturgemäß um diese wunderbare Terrasse mit den weißen Vorhängen, die beiden Schlafzimmer sind um diese herum gruppiert. Die schlauchartig schmale Küche ist nur im Einmannbetrieb benutzbar (der aufgelistete Toaster war übrigens nicht zu finden). Weniger befriedigend ist der eher als Wohndiele zu bezeichnende Wohnbereich, er bietet wenig Platz und wenig Sitzkomfort und ist bei einer 4er-Belegung (wir waren nur zu zweit) wohl ziemlich beengt.. Dies fällt aber nur an kühlen Abenden oder schlechtem Wetter ins Gewicht, d.h. wir würden das Appartement nur für sommerlich warme Zeiten empfehlen (Mitte Oktober war es abends bereits zu kalt für draußen). Zumal von der aufgelisteten Zentralheizung - außer einem Klimaautomaten in einem der Schlafzimmer - nichts zu entdecken war. Was wir vermisst haben, ist eine ausreichend helle Stehlampe um abends zu lesen, die allerorten übliche eSpar-Beleuchtung ist etwas trübe. Die Kommunikation mit Debora verlief stets schnell und effizient. Ein letzter Tipp von uns: Die zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher (wenig saugfähig!) sollten dringend durch solche besserer Qualität ersetzt werden.

Wunderschönes, romantisches Appartment mit tollem Panorama

Wir haben hier 2 ganz fantastische Wochen genossen. Das Appartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit mediterranen Motiven und viel Weiss/Blau. Es ist komfortabel und sehr ruhig gelegen. perfekt um sich richtig zu erholen. Das absolute Highlight ist allerdings die Terrasse. Sehr gemütlich und dabei stilvoll möbliert mit einer Aussicht, die sprachlos macht. Zur einen Seite die typische sardische Berglandschaft, zur anderen ein ungehinderter Blick auf das Meer an der Costa Rei. Zu guter Letzt noch ein Dankeschön für die tolle Betreuung durch die Gastgeber, besser kann man es sich nicht wünschen!

Great location

The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The terrace overlooking the sea and Costa Rey village is amazing with a stunning view, and it is probably the place you live more. We would not choose any other location in Costa Rey where we would like to come back every year. Fantastic various beaches, not crowded and total relax. Debora is very helpful since the booking phase and support you with everything you need. Again, no doubt on where to go in Costa Rey, this is the place!!!

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per la posizione e la vista panoramica, e le nostre aspettative sono state pienamente soddisfatte. L’appartamento è situato piuttosto in alto sul fianco del Monte Nai, e già dal posto riservato per l’automobile il panorama è mozzafiato. Gli ambienti interni sono ben distribuiti e ben arredati, ma il cuore della proprietà è il bellissimo e ampio terrazzo coperto con vista sul mare e sulle spiagge da Capo Ferrato fino a Monte Turno. Un grande divano ed un grande tavolo permettono di viverlo appieno, godendo del panorama durante i pasti e della brezza fresca della sera. Nel cortile interno ci sono anche un caminetto per la brace ed una comoda doccia all’aperto. Inoltre i proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e cortesi. Consigliato per chi vuole stare in posizione tranquilla e scostata dal clamore del centro paese, che si può comunque raggiungere a piedi o in auto in meno di cinque minuti.

Fantastica terrazza

Che dire, un posto migliore non potevamo trovarlo: appartamento molto carino con una terrazza favolosa dove godersi le serate al fresco con vista su Costa Rei. L'appartamento é fornito di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza in famiglia (noi eravamo con i nostri due bimbi di 4 e 1 anni). I proprietari sono stati molto gentili, disponibili e attenti alle nostre esigenze. Decisamente serve una macchina visto che l'appartamento si trova in uno dei punti più alti di Costa Rei proprio sotto la cima del monte Nai, che si può raggiungere a piedi in ca. 15 min (io l'ho fatto e la vista da lassù ripaga della fatica). Consigliato se si é disposti ad accettare di dover usare la macchina per raggiungere spiagge e negozi. Per contro si ha tranquillità e una vista fantastica.

Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir haben 15 Tage in einer wunderschönen Wohnung mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die Costei Rei verbracht. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Das Highlight war für uns die Terrasse. Die Vermieterin steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Entspannter Urlaub mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Die Wohnung besticht durch die herrliche und liebevoll eingerichtete Terrasse die wie ein zusätzlicher Wohnraum ist. Man findet alles in der Wohnung was man für den Urlaub benötigt . Die Lage des Hauses ist eher außergewöhnlich und ohne Auto nicht zu empfehlen . Debora ist eine liebenswerte und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin .

Sehr schöne Wohnung an Top-Lage

Die Ferienwohnug ist an einzigartiger Lage und gewährt einen atemberaubenden Ausblick über Costa Rei und das Meer. Die Terrasse ist gross und fast wie ein Wohnzimmer zu betrachten. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und modern. Wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder hierhin.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Costa Rei mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer!

Das Haus liegt in der Ortschaft Costa Rei, hoch oben auf dem Berg. Auf der Karte war es schwerer zu finden - die kleine Zufahrtsstraße zum Haus haben wir nicht im Navi gefunden, sie liegt zwischen der Via Monte Nai und der Via del Granchio. Das Haus ist in einer kleinen Siedlung von Ferienhäusern gebaut, hat einen separaten Zugang über eine kleine Treppe und einen PKW-Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, hier kann man relaxen und entspannen mit einem sehr eindrucksvollen Blick auf das Meer und auf den Ort Costa Rei. Man gelangt in das Haus durch einen kleinen Innenhof, in dem sich verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten, ein Grill, eine Waschmaschine und eine Außendusche befinden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Neben zwei Schlafzimmern mit je 2 Betten und einem kleinen Badezimmer mit Dusche u. Fenster gibt es einen Flur, der gleichzeitig Aufenthaltsraum ist und an den die sehr kleine Küchenzeile direkt anschließt. Die Küche ist mit Gasherd, Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi, Mikrowelle und Spüle ausgestattet. Für einen Geschirrspüler gab es keinen Platz. In einem der Schlafzimmer ist eine Klimaanlage installiert, mit der bei besonders heißen Temperaturen die Wohnung etwas gekühlt werden konnte. Das Einzige, was wir uns noch gewünscht hätten, wäre etwas mehr und hochwertigeres Ess-u. Koch-Geschirr, Gläser und verschiedenes Besteck gewesen. Die vorhandene Küchenausstattung war leider sehr gering, teilweise stark benutzt und passte irgendwie gar nicht zu dem sonstigen sehr hochwertigen Style der schönen Wohnung. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist allerdings die riesige wunderschöne Terrasse, auf der wir uns eigentlich fast die komplette Zeit aufgehalten haben. Auf ihr gibt es einen großen Esstisch mit zwei Bänken und mehrere Lounge-Möbel. Da die Terrasse ein Dach und Vorhänge hat, kann man es hier auch gut am Morgen beim Frühstück aushalten, wenn die Ostsonne direkt auf das Haus scheint und man hat auch am Nachmittag einen guten Sonnenschutz. Vom Haus sind es etwas mehr als zwei Kilometer ins Ortszentrum oder zu einem der schönen Badestrände. Man braucht definitiv ein Auto, denn man muss zur Strecke auch noch ca. einhundertfünfzig Höhenmeter überwinden. Wegen der Hitze im Juli sind wir den Weg deswegen nie gelaufen, sondern haben immer das Auto genommen. Im Ort findet man kleine Einkaufsmärkte und viele verschiedene Restaurants. Die Strände und das Meer sind wirklich traumhaft und wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen!

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit super Aussicht

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Ein Auto ist notwendig, weil das Haus sehr weit oben liegt, weswegen man die tolle Aussicht genießen kann. Vom Vermieter bekamen wir einen Code für das Wlan der Costa Rei, wobei im Haus der Empfang schlecht ist. Im Ort gibt es einige Supermärkte und eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
