The apartment is located in the outdoor area amidst the Münsterland parkland about 3 km from the center of Osterwick - an ideal starting point for your bike rides or for sporting activities such as Nordic walking, inline skating, horseback riding.
On 100 square meters, a wellness oasis has emerged in the upper floor, in which up to 5 people can leave everyday life behind. After a long day with countless impressions of the Baumberg region, the western Münsterland or the city tours with cultural experiences and shopping (Münster, Oberhausen or the Dutch Enschede can be reached in 30 minutes) you can in the large living room on our leather seating with a novel or a good movie relax (satellite TV) or share your experiences with friends via the Internet (W-LAN).
Or enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee on the terrace.
If you like to cook, this will be a breeze. From ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher to the coffee maker, everything is there to serve a delightful breakfast, lunch or dinner in the living room dining area.

Großzügige Wohnung in ländlicher Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich, die Umgebung ruhig. Ich war zum zweiten Mal da, weil ich dort gut abschalten kann, und empfehle die Unterkunft gern weiter.

Ein geräumig und sehr saubere Wohnung

Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Betten sind prima. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit vielen Geräten und allem was Sie zum Kochen benötigen. Die fahrräder können im Schuppen abgestellt werden. In die schöne Umgebung können Sie schöne Radtouren und viele Ausflüge unternehmen.

Familienurlaub im Münsterland

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsen für einen Kurztrip im Münsterland.Die Wohnung ist groß und großzügig eingerichtet. Der Check In und Check Out war total reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre, wäre die steile Treppe zur Wohnung.

Große Wohnung an der nichts fehlt!

Wir haben die Wohnung genutzt um von dort unsere Fahrradtouren zu starten. Von der Lage ist es super, Cosefeld, Ahaus , Stadtlohn alles super erreichbar 👍 Und ein bisschen Bauernhof Feeling kommt auch noch auf 😊

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung war ordentlich, gemütlich und man konnte von jedem Fenster aus Schafe, Kühe, Gänse und Hühner sehen. Den Brötchenservice haben wir nicht genutzt, der nächste Ort war nicht weit weg. Von der Ferienwohnung aus waren umliegende Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch diverse Städte (z.B. Münster, Enschede (Niederlande)) sehr gut mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist empfehlenswert.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung

Wir haben die Schlüssel wie von Frau Belker beschrieben erhalten. Von der Größe und der Sauberkeit in der Ferienwohnung waren wir überrascht (es gab negative Bewertungen, welche wir auf keinen Fall teilen können). Die Kinder (unsere Enkel) haben gleich die Betten aufgeteilt. Als ehemaliger Hundebesitzer weiß man, dass ein Hund bellt, wenn Fremde auf das Grundstück kommen. Von Rosendahl aus haben wir Ausflüge in Freizeitparks und an die Nordseeküste unternommen. Wir haben die Ferienwohnung schon an Bekannte weiterempfohlen. Es war ein toller Urlaub, der Allen gefallen hat.

Leider nicht wie erwartet

Wer einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub machen möchte ist hier fehl am Platz. Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt. Angekommen gab es viel Hundegebell, der Wasserkocher war kaputt und dreckiges Geschirr hat uns erwartet.Das Bett wird mit einem Ziegelstein gestützt,was wir zum Glück vor dem Schlafen gehen gesehen haben,denn er lag um. Also Lattenrost anheben und hingestellt.Wir hatten am letzen Tag als wir baden wollten, leider kein warmes Wasser.Sowas sollte nicht sein.Der Hahn war Recht früh aktiv, der Mähroboter welcher abends fährt ist leider auch nicht zu überhören. Ausschlafen und erholen war hier für uns nicht möglich. Leider gab es für die Gäste keine Infomappe mit Hinweisen, Informationen oder auch Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Einzig positive ist die helle große Wohnung und das wir unsere Katzen mitnehmen durften.

Große Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Großzügige Wohnung im Dachgeschoss. Vermieterin nett und hilfsbereit. Leider fanden wir einen Kochtopf mit Essensresten unserer Vorgänger im Schrank. Der Vermieterin war das natürlich sehr unangenehm, hatte ihre Putzfrau wohl übersehen. Desweiteren wäre es gut den Wasserkocher und die Kaffeekanne mal durch zu reinigen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung zweckmäßig ausgestattet und ordentlich. Handtücher sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr ländlich, ruhig und unweit der 100-SchlösserRoute.

Für Kurzurlaub geeignet

Die Wohnung ist schön groß, hat alles, was man so braucht (Seife, Klopapier, etc.), auch wenn sie schon etwas älter ist (zB Badezimmer). Die Fenster sind gut, man hört die Straße und die bellenden Hunde nicht. Die Lage ist schon recht ab vom Schuss, aber der Brötchen-Service war toll. Für Kinder gibt es nur einen kleinen Innenhof mit 2 Schaukeln. Das wars leider. Da wir aber viel unterwegs waren, war das ok. Die Vermieter leben mit dort, waren freundlich und zurückhaltend.
