It was winter. Booking was done much beforehand arrival but room was very cold and wet. The bad was also very cold and uncomfortable. We turn on heating on max but it was not enough to heat it even till morning. Suppose hotel staff must prepare room before guest’s arrival and do not freeze them

Sehr nettes Personal, schneller Check-in. Zimmer nicht super modern, aber sauber und ordentlich. Verstellbarer Duschkopf und eigene Heizung im Bad. Die Betten waren recht schmal und der Aufzug nach Rezeptionschluss nicht mehr verfügbar. Wir wurden aber problemlos im EG untergebracht.

Everything is clean and works fine, except a weak cellphone signal (not to blame the hotel), but also some problems with the WiFi (worked on Laptop, but didn't connect my Android-Cellphones). There's no A/C in the hotel, so make sure, if you stay there during hot summer days, to a room with a window to the east side. Excellent breakfast!

Hotel Renovierungsbedürftig, Service an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. z.B. bei der alten Duschkabine ist es für die Putzfrau unmöglich in den Ritzen und Rillen die Schwarzen flecken zu entfernen, Staubecken beim Teppich. Hier wurde lange nicht mehr investiert, das Frühstücksbuffet wird genauso betrieben.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Service war hervorragend. Die Betten waren für unsere Verhältnisse zu weich oder bereits durchgelegen. Plastikbecher als Zahnputzbecher sollten heutzutage vermieden werden. Wäre schön, wenn das geändert wird!
