Super Wohnung, gross für 2 Zimmer, sauber, mit grossartiger Aussicht. Sehr ruhig und erholsam. Die Wohnung kann gut als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge genutzt werden, da sie zwar erhöht am Hang, aber trotzdem zentral gelegen ist.

Wir buchten 2 Schlafzimmer, bekamen aber nur 1 Schlafzimmer. Dadurch war es nur durch Aufbau eines zusätzlichen Bettes für das 8 jährige Kind möglich die Wohnung zu nutzen. Es wart nicht möglich das Wohnzimmer nach 21 Uhr zu nutzen ( Fernseher,Radio ,Internet) ,da das Kind drin schlafen mußte. Wir fordern deshalb auch einen Teilbetrag zurück, da wir für 2 Schlafzimmer bezahlt haben. Senden Sie uns Ihren Vorschlag zur Rücküberweisung. M.f.G. Fam. Sachse

Erwartungen nicht erfüllt
Wir hatten die Ferien Wohnung Gioia für 3 Tage gemietet. Leider stimmten der Beschrieb des Objektes und die Fotos in der Anzeige NICHT mit der Realität überein. Sehr schade, wenn man mehr verspricht als gehalten wird.

Sehr schön gelegene, ruhige Unterkunft mit sehr gastfreundlichen und tierlieben Vermietern
Die Lage der Casa Esmeralda ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen, was besonders für Natur-/Wanderfreunde von Vorteil ist. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist jedoch ein Auto empfehlenswert. Insofern ist der mündliche Brötchen-Lieferservice, den die Vermieter anbieten, ein echter Vorteil. Es gab dort auch eine Busverbindung, die wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben. Die Umgebung bietet sich für ausgedehnte Wandertouren an, wobei man spektakuläre Ausblicke genießen kann. Sehr gut gefallen haben uns insbesondere die Wandung nach Cardada und auf den Monte San Salvadore bei Lugano (wobei im November die dortigen Seilbahnen leider bereits außer Betrieb waren). Lohnenswert ist auch ein Ausflug nach Ascona.
Unsere Ferienwohnung in der Casa Esmeralda (Gioia) befand sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und war gut ausgestattet. Vorbereitung, Empfang und Betreuung durch die Vermieter waren sehr gut, insgesamt fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen. Auch die Anreise mit unserem weißen Schäferhund war für die Vermieter, selbst Hundebesitzer, überhaupt kein Problem.
