Durch die Jahreszeit konnten wir leider nicht alles nutzen. Sonst war alles in Ordnung, alles vorhanden. Lage top, Gegend sehr schön, wir können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen

We loved the beautiful town of Schöngeising. Very nice and comfortable house. It has everything you need for a nice holiday. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy to catch public transportation. A nice walk to the S-Bahn but it wasn’t bad. Very nice host and very easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place.

Overall a great property in a very good location. We were missing some items in the kitchen, oven-mitts, more cutlery (only 2 large forks?). Appliances are aged but functional, OK for a rental-property. Maybe some entertainment for those rainy evenings, a radio, a bluetooth speaker, some board-games? Thanks for a great stay though, we would come back.

Der Vermieter war nett und hilfsbereit.Die Lage des Ferienhauses is toll. Lediglich das inventar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war jedoch alles vorhanden, z.BWaschmaschine, Trockner, Herd, Kühlschrank usw.

Cute place

The place was clean. Had the beds and bathrooms that the 3 of us needed and it was for the most part comfortable. The owner was responsive and prompt when we met at check in and check out. There were a couple of things that we suggested to him. He needs screens on the windows to stop bugs and birds from coming in. Fans would have helped circulate the air and cool things off too. The tub and shower need a mat to prevent slipping. We used a bath mat towel so we were safe. He only gave us 3 bath towels and 3 hand towels for 3 adults staying 3 nights. We made it work.

The home was exactly as described. Quiet, centrally located and very clean. Our host Joachim was friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. The kitchen was fully functional which made our stay very pleasant. On non-travel days, we sat in the garden and relaxed. Internet worked without problems as did the TV and other amenities. Over all, the property was great. Comfortable, and well located. I'd strongly recommend this host and his property to anyone looking for an extended stay in the Muinch area. We hope to visit again some time in the future!

Alles in allem war es super. Das Haus war peferkt für uns 5. Der Bahnhif war nur 1.4km entfernt um nach München zu reisen in 40min fahrt. Ein schön ruhiges Dorf. Und der Ammersee ist auch hleich um die Ecke

Sehr ruhige Lage

Gemütliches Haus, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch sauber um eine erholsame Zeit zu verbringen. Schöne Terrasse. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schöne Lage und toller Eigentümer

Wir (3 Generationen) haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Wir machen gerne Urlaub in der Nähe von Großstädten, suchen aber immer eine ruhige Lage zum entspannen, trotzdem mit Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und wir hatten schon beim Kennenlernen viel Spaß miteinander. Bei Fragen und Problemen würde zeitnah reagier Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Godt hus i rolige omgivelser

Godt, almindeligt hus i roligt villakvarter når Munchen. Soveværelser på 1. sal. Indkøbsmuligheder og S tog i nærheden, dog langt uden bil. Vi var tilfredse og nød vores ophold, huset var dejligt varmt, og svarede til beskrivelsen.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit leichten Makeln

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut. Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie Backofen und Spülmaschine durften nicht gleichzeitig in Betrieb genommen werden, da ansonsten die Sicherung rausgeflogen wäre. Einige Lampen waren nicht ordentlich aufgehängt. Es hingen einzelne Kabel aus der Wand. Im Schlafzimmer waren Feuchtigkeitsflecken and der Decke sichtbar. Der Garten zum Haus war sehr schön und auf dem tollen Fernseher lies sich gut Olympia verfolgen.

Sauber, gute S-Bahn Anbindung - toll für Kinder! Clean, good train connection - great for children!

Super freundlicher Gastgeber! Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dafür super sauber!! Eine Dusche, ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer und eine kleine Küche mit essbereich sind im EG vorhanden. Im OG ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche und 3 Schlafzimmer. Unsere Kinder (2&4) haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und wollten noch länger bleiben. Vor allem der ums Haus führende Garten (komplett eingezäunt) ist ein Pluspunkt. Die S-Bahn Anbindung nach München ist top! In ca 30 Minuten ist man ohne Umstiegen am Marienplatz. Ein toller Biergarten mit kleinem Spielplatz ist fussläufig im Ort erreichbar (Mückenspray nicht vergessen ;) Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!! Super friendly host! The house is a bit old but super clean!! A shower, a large living-dining room and a small kitchen with dining area are available on the ground floor. On the upper floor another bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms. Our children (2&4) felt very comfortable and wanted to stay even longer. Especially the garden around the house (completely fenced) is a plus. The train connection to Munich is top! In about 30 minutes you are at Marienplatz without changing. A great beer garden with a small playground is within walking distance in the village (don't forget mosquito spray ;) If the opportunity arises, we will be very happy to come back!!
