I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We arrived from the airport with our bags lost and the staff went above and beyond to help us. The hotel has a great old world charm and the room was big.

I like the hotel so far but I have one thing to say I want to mention about it is when I did my reservation l had I pick the room it was queen bed or twin bed that only option I have I choose that one and then I add special request was please I prefer twin beds . When I arrived the room with queen bed the one pick for me my question why they add special request for guest if no one read the request or care about it I asked for extra pillow the same thing was declined no one pay attention about my request.

We would have liked to have AC or a ceiling fan in the room. It would have been nice to have some USB ports for charging devices in the room. Otherwise, it was an excellent hotel and we loved our stay there. The decor was unique and tasteful, the dinner was excellent, and the breakfast was superior to anything we have had in a hotel before. Truly a boutique hotel. We will stay there again.

It’s actually a nice place , the reason I gave it a 3 star is : the waiter was very unfriendly, when we ask for a bottle of wine for the room . 30 Europ. bottle, the only thing he had to do was , give us the bottle and two glasses . But he was very rude in his reaction . I even told him - wow you are very unfriendly. He did not really react to it . The hotel also did not give us the one hour more for check out ( like we ask) usually good hotels do that for a price . When I complained about the waiter to the Boss , she did not anything or did not show any sympathy. Was our first time and last time - sadly
