Host was so kind. The breakfast was outstanding. Located in a quite suburb of Munich accessible by the S Bahn train. The train station is a 15 min walk or a 2 minute car ride. Would also recommend the restuarant in the town called La Bella Sicilia - reasonable prices and outstanding food.

La stanza ma soprattutto il bagno non corrispondevano alle foto in internet. Il bagno poi era piccolissimo con una luce da camposanto e la tenda per la doccia anzichè la porta in vetro come nella foto pubblicitaria. Il bagno non aveva finestre ma non funzionava neanche l'aspiratore. La colazione andava benino.

Auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne. Kein freies Internet.
Die Suite Nr 104 ist noch nicht renoviert, die Matratzen hart und durchgelegen, keine Möglichkeit bei 14 Grad die Heizung anzustellen. Starker Geruch, wenn man aus dem Zimmer kommt. Der Wein maßlos überteuert.

Im bereich der Zimmer 1-10 sah es etwas wüst aus... hätte ich dort ein zimmer gehabt wäre ich auf den Fersen umgedreht. Unser zimmer war gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Bad und dachfesnternieschen müssten einmal überholt werden, sehr angefressen durch abnutzung bzw wasser.
