Vermietet wird eine frisch renovierte 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Das Apartment befindet sich im zentralen Nobelviertel Bogenhausen, inmitten prachtvoller Altbauten. Fußläufig erreichen Sie in 15 Minuten den Englischen Garten und in guten 20 Minuten die Maximilanstraße. Zudem befindet sich 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt die U-Bahn Station "Prinzregentenplatz".

Die Wohnung ist 42 m2 groß und besticht besonders durch den Altbau-Charme und die hohen Decken. Beim Betreten der Wohnung befindet man sich im Wohnzimmer mit einer neuen, voll ausgestatteten Designerküche - das Sofa kann zu einem Bett moduliert werden. Zwei TV inklusive WLAN sind vorhanden.
Im hinteren Teil der Wohnung befinden sich das Schlafzimmer (mit großem Boxspringbett) und das separate Badezimmer.

Apartment did not have two bedrooms as posted on the web site. One bedroom and one sofa bed that was terribly uncomfortable sagging in the middle. Very sparse amenities. Only provided two towels for a group of three adults. Reached out to owner and was able to get one more towel. No microwave, no wine corkscrew or bottle opener.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Katrin’s place. It had everything you would need. The large bathroom was a plus. The neighborhood and building was super quiet, and it was easy to access public transportation. There was a lovely store/restaurant called Kafer right around the corner, if you wanted beautiful produce, gourmet items, and yummy coffee. Katrin was super responsive to any questions we had. Would stay there again.

Insgesamt ganz gut, aber das Ausziehbett im Wohnbereich sehr unbequem. Dazu in der gesamten Wohnung kein großer Ankleide-Spiegel ausser ein normalerer im Badezimmer. Wohnung für 2 Personen sehr gut, für mehr grenzwertig.

Die Wohnung in München-Altbogenhausen ist genauso hochwertig und stilvoll, wie beschrieben. Die exklusive Ausstattung und die Liebe zum Detail schaffen eine luxuriöse Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die Lage ist erstklassig, mit einfacher Anbindung an alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt, aber dennoch in einem ruhigen, eleganten Viertel. Unser Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, immer bemüht, den Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen. Wir haben die Zeit hier in vollen Zügen genossen und würden die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen, der München auf höchstem Niveau erleben möchte.
