This is a great option for staying in Munich. Good value for the money, great staff, easy access to transportation to the city center. One downside is the number of students living at the property - they were a bit noisy on weekend nights. But the staff is great, coffee machines are top notch and the location worked great to explore Munich.

The room was exceptional. Has a cook top ,fridge microwave.nice lights and darkout shades. Breakfast was filling with many choices on the buffet. The bus was only 3 minutes away and took you to other forms of transportation. So you could get to old town in under 30 minutes. Market a short walk and there's a Subway sandwich shop there. Didn't try other food at the Apartment.

They are building behind the hotel… workers start making noise by 6;30 and without AC your windows have to be open. Even when that building is done, the vegetable delivery person arrives at 5:11 am making a lot of noise. Otherwise great apartment with great staff and breakfast

A less expensive way to do the Oktoberfest

We expected the small room. We did not expect no heating or cooling. We had to keep the window open for circulation. It was very nice of the hotel to supply a heated towel rack. But it was not nice that the plug was not long enough to plug in anywhere. We enjoyed public transportation being a close walk.

Excellent stay in a new and modern building. The room was small but well appointed with a kitchen, 2 bunk beds, separate bathroom and shower. Excellent amenities. Restaurant, bar, underground parking. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Very modern hotel, 2 groceries stores within 5 mins walking distance. Room has kitchen which is super useful. Coffee/espresso machine downstairs is free to use. Buffet breakfast offers good croissant and the price is reasonable. Bus stop nearby that can bring you to some major tourist attractions

Great stay

Great hotel, family room was great for what we needed. Difficult to find the front of the hotel from the bus stop to start with. A tip if buying alcohol in the vending machine is bar is shut is you need an id card which we don’t have in the UK. Situated across from the English Garden for the start of some beautiful walks which can lead you straight in to Munich town centre if your up for a long walk ;)

A nicely appointed hotel with lovely common areas and facilities. The lounge areas are welcoming and needed as the rooms are small. The rooms lack air conditioning and the outside blinds move automatically- this woke us up. We asked to borrow a dustpan and brush to sweep up but this was unavailable. This aside we would chose to stay here again if not travelling in July.

The hotel was nice, the room clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The hotel was a short distance to downtown. We enjoyed our stay. Notes: Parking has a daily charge. The doors are really heavy. You are a short distance from Old Town but traffic and parking are challenging in Munich so add 30-45 minutes to your travel times.

This is a modest, modern and clean apartment type hotel, and everything met my expectations. Dead arrangements were as expected from my booking, which mattered when traveling with my three teenagers. We especially liked the free coffee service machines in the lobby.

We rarely post negative reviews, but after our stay, we felt it was important to let others know so they don’t make the same mistake in booking as we did. We were very disappointed. We booked based on good online reviews but did not have a good experience. Floors were stained and dirty; no sheets or pillows on bunk beds and they never delivered them after asking multiple times. This was a problem since we had two children with us that needed to sleep on the bunk beds. They never cleaned our room the entire stay even after asking. Had to go to front desk for towels daily and even for toilet paper. Bugs all in room. Shower head sprays out of shower. Soap dispenser didn’t work. Safe would not lock so unusable. Fire alarm went off in middle of the night and the stairwell locks you in if you don’t have your key card which is terrible if you are evacuating due to the fire alarm! Scary and unbelievable. Beds were very hard. Please don’t think this hotel has air conditioning. It said it did but it’s really an “Air cooler” which doesn’t cool the air. It was very hot. Had to open the windows which just let more bugs in. This was the worst place we have stayed in several trips to Europe. Very very disappointing. We have stayed in many hotels and didn’t expect luxury but basic cleanliness, functional amenities, and a bug free environment is not too much to ask. They are just unwilling to fix things or accommodate basic needs. One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.
