Had chosen this hotel due to its location which is good. The hotel is good with neat and clean rooms, although very old and the keys of door does not work. Breakfast was good . Overall an above average hotel but helpful staff.

We went to the Royal Orchid restaurant just to have an outing and it turned out to be a leisurely lunch with good food and very cordial ambience. We enjoyed the lunch and kept ordering despite it being past lunchtime. The politeness of the staff was amazing. They kept indulging us with a smile. The food was great except a bit of grumbling from my husband who cannot stand chillies in his food.

I was very skeptical about this place when we booked. But, when we reached there, we found the staff extremely helpful and supportive. We had a little issue with our booking and the front office person helped us a lot. The food in this hotel was outstanding. We noticed that lot of guests were coming to restaurant to eat here. we went for mumbai sightseeing. So every night, our favorite tradition was to come back to our room, and, eat good meal in our room. the food was comfort. the room is clean. the bathroom is beautiful. the room had a view as well and it is beautiful at night. it is a great place to stay. the staff is good. they even help with arranging auto cab if you need a ride! there is a lot of places nearby where you can get good food by the way!

We stayed here in our recent trip to Mumbai. The hotel is located along a busy street in a residential area. The building is recognizable as it is one of the few tallest buildings in that area. Once we arrived, our bus could not enter, however, there were many bell boys who guided us to the reception which is located at the back of the hotel. Our check in was smooth & hassle-free. As we had booked two rooms, we were glad that our rooms were nearby. Both rooms had basic toiletries & complimentary tea & coffee making facilities. We loved the fact that housekeeping staff had always given us extra mineral water bottles throughout our stay. This kind gesture was appreciated. Both rooms were neat, clean & tidy. The hot water in the shower was also hot to our expectations. The water pressure was good, despite us being at the 7th floor. The bed was huge & could easily fit 3 adults. It was so comfortable & we slept well on all nights. Breakfast was complimentary and we simply loved the tea! We kept going back for more. The breakfast had the usual such as cereals, bread, juice & local food. The eggs are made to order with only two types available, ie, omelette or scrambled. The breakfast selection could be improved as the menu was on repeat every alternate day. Some suggestions for the breakfast could be to have two types of juices, ie, mango & lime. The eggs made to order could also include half boiled eggs, fried eggs & sunny side-ups. It would be nice to include some pastries (eggless & normal) in the breakfast range. For the breakfast main course, a suggestion would be to include pancakes & waffles served with butter, maple syrup or chocolate sauce. The hotel had free wifi in the room which worked fine on 2 devices. However, there were cases where our wifi was not working & we had to go down to front desk to get them to fix it. The gals at front desk were always helpful & answered all questions with a smile. It would be best to check & rectify the wifi to ensure that guests do not have to go down to front desk if there are consistent issues with the wifi. Overall, it was a pleasant stay & kudos to all staff for making our stay a memorable one!

Very helpful staff. Breakfast was acceptable and the wait staff were attentive and even offered an omelette which was very appreciated and tasty. Rooms were comfortable and reasonably priced. Everything worked well.

Mr rizwan khan and mangesh vani and alok Very good service highly recommend. Really had a good time at the hotel. The staff aid very friendly. The food is excellent. Also the quality is very good. Do visit

Location: The hotel next to Chembur railway station (east). As you will expect the hotel is in a congested area. I will not recommend for family trip. if you intend to use local trains it is a good option. Room: The room size isn't great but ok. Ambiance: nothing wow. hotel was clean. Access: the entrance hotel rooms is from behind the building. you will need to search for the reception desk. I got lost first day. Food: just above average.

Welcoming and caring staff. I got a early check in with no extra pay. Room was very clean. However the traffic outside the hotel sometimes disappoints you to reach any destination in peak hours. Also the room rates are cheaper in hotel booking sites than directly booking through hotel.

The hotel is situated not far from Chembur railway station and also the monorail station within a couple of minutes walk through a busy road. I echo the good comments made by other travellers who have used this hotel. The rooms are of the standard for the category of these types of the hotel and price very reasonable for what one gets. Our relatives suggested this hotel and we were very pleased with the service. We had our breakfasts in the dining room on the first floor and the price though might be a tiny bit higher than what one would pay outside buy it was worth it. The internet connection was available for only two devices and also mainly in the room. We had our room on the 5th floor towards the front which was a bit noisy but bearable and did not detract us from having a good sleep. Would most definitely recommend this place and would return if we travelled again to Mumbai in the Chembur area.

Tried Indian cuisine which was a bit above average. Not many choices for vegetarians. A bit extra garlic in vegetarian dishes. May be this place will be good if you try Italian cuisine or non-vegetarian food. Service is just average. Had to ask for water, waiters not attentive. Lighting is not proper, gives a gloomy feeling.
