A hotel located close to CBD Belapur Railway Station gives is an edge over others. Avoid booking through Portals as Hotel does not offer many facilities if you book through Portals. Direct booking provides you better tariffs and Complimentary Breakfast at competitive prices. Free Parking, Small Swimming Pool, Good Dining hall is an advantage. Nice ambience, neat rooms is a plus point. Wi-fi available. Requires to improve on their Travel Portal interface.
I recently stayed up in this hotel and booked my stay with Make my trip and payed up in advance but upon arrival they made us wait for about 30 minutes as they couldn't find any mail and payment voucher or coupon numbers ,the way the reception staff acted as if we made up a fake booking page .then the rooms were not as it actually shows in the website ,WiFi doesn't work at all ,air condition needs servicing .when we ordered room service for food they asked us to pay in cash which was completely weird because usually its posted in room directly we had to call reception and then speak to managers to put the bills on room .apart from that the some staffs are helpful ,specially the coffee shop.overall I was disappointed with the unprofessional reception staff the stay was not worth the value for money for a three star property .
Hello friends , K star hotel is im belapur , navi mumbai, it's not too far from the station and it's pretty old. The service is also fine. We had booked some rooms for my wedding last year for some guests a d they were quite pleased with the response. They have a decent banquet and can also manage an open gathering party as they have a nice lawn. It's economical as well.
Three Pathetic areas: 1) First one is for service, reception staff made me wait for 15 minutes despite no rush as they were not able to locate the booking through MMT. There was no food menu at room which I had to ask for. Room was also not that good and interiors are old. 2) Second pathetic is for infrastructure services. In my room (suite category), window locks were not working, lockers were not working, toilet window was broken, finally they shifted my room at 1 am in night by what time my sleep was completely disturbed 3) Third pathetic is for gym. There were two treadmills; none was working. Other gym instruments were also very old. Good things about this hotel is it’s location, food is good and staff there is courteous, also their swimming pool is nice and clean.
K star is good hotel from 3 star perspective.. room was clean and spacious.. though washroom was very compact and didn't like the quality of towels provided... food quality was good as well as service quality. Staff is very friendly. They should add more items in Breakfast.
Special thanks to Mr.Sharad who went out of the way to attend to my requirements. Breakfast needs improvement. Location is good if you have work in navi mumbai. Overall a decent experience. Rennovation required
food quality was good.location is best as per our convenience .cleanness was excellent.hotel stall behavior was very cordial.they are very much helpful during our stay.overall it is good stay in navi mumbai.
It was 3 Night stay on business tour. Extra large size of rooms for almost no amenities. And available amenities not that much useful. Couldn't get why room size is so much with such location of property? Probably miscalculated architecture. Ventilation is good in hotel also view from window. Bathroom like a high mounted that you will have to climb 2+2 steps. Bathroom amenities again at ashamed since too low grade, just 2 soap, shampoo and dental kit that's it! A towel for bath and a towel for face. Hygiene is average maintain, yet bedding is well set. It appears that shortage of staff since it took almost 20 Mins for Checking in even after reservation made. Ringing phone over reception was attended by same person who was doing booking. It's basically multitasking for front end executive. So hard to keep smile when they are in Hotel/Hospitality business. May need proper management and understanding basics of Hotel Business. Thanks to K Stars Hotel in Navi Mumbai, I now know what it means to be utterly humiliated by hotel staff. My wife (born in India, living in New Zealand) and I (born in Germany, living in New Zealand) were planning to stay at K Stars from 17 until 19 April 2018 to visit her family who live nearby. We booked the room online, we received confirmation, so far everything was hassle free. On the day of our arrival, we travelled from a remote region of the country, spent >5 hours in the car and >4 hours on the airplane. We landed at BOM airport with a delay and didn’t touch down until 12.20am. We were properly exhausted. We took a taxi to K Stars Hotel and arrived there at about 1.50am. We provided our booking reference and our passports to the man at reception. He went to the back office, came back out and told us that, since our last names were different (we both opted to keep our last names when we married because her carrying a German last name would sound ridiculous and so would me carrying an Indian last name), we would not be able to check in. My wife told the man that we were married and he told us he would need to see the marriage certificate. We offered to provide photos of our wedding and/or show him our wedding rings - something that we were obviously not too comfortable to do for a stranger, but we just wanted to sleep since we were both very tired. He declined and repeated that only a copy of the marriage certificate would be acceptable. Upon hearing this, we left the hotel, sat by the kerbside and started looking for alternative accommodation, which we eventually found. Based on all of the above, I cannot comment on the quality of the rooms at K Stars. I can however positively vouch for the fact that: a) social norms from a century ago are more important to them than any form of quality customer service -and- b) if you want to stay at this place, be prepared to be humiliated by getting asked stupid and probing questions about your lives. 0/10, we will both go to great lengths to never have anything to do with the terrible people who operate this terrible place ever again.
Stayed at K Stars for a week, the hotel is located close to the Belapur CBD. The rooms are spacious, but the quality of linen and the cleanliness is not up to the mark. Breakfast buffet is pretty average. Both the spread and quality of the food is not great, even the juice is artificially flavored juice. The gym is a total disaster with non of the equipment working.
