Like long waiting times at the reception with no attempt to augment staff for quicker turnarounds. The hotel was fairly basic and the staff although courteous were quite intrusive - especially in the dining areas when they think you’re going to skip out on the bill and keep asking for your room number multiple times - I found that quite surreal really. The food options are limited and we had to order from restaurants - but there’s a charge to even ask for a plate and spoon into the room. Breakfast wasn’t great and coffee machine was forever broken. The room is clean but the bathroom is really small with no exhaust fan ! Good room service and otherwise ok stay.

Lovely boutique hotel in Thane, India.

The hotel is located at a convenient location in Thane in close proximity to Viviana mall. It is super clean and the staff is extremely helpful. The food is excellent also. The only reason for not giving them a 10/10 is that they need to take care of their shower situation. The water keeps switching between hot and cold. This was not just a one time situation as we rented several rooms at different times. We reused the issue to the hotel staff who denied knowing the issue. Will definitely be back again.

Overall, the hotel is good for business travelers who leave in the morning after breakfast and come to the hotel to sleep. Property is new and clean. Our room was very small for double occupancy. Restaurant, Bar, Breakfast area was good and staff was courteous and friendly. Especially, Shubham, Chef Yash and Deepak, and Rupali from the restaurant staff were excellent. Housekeeping was not good. Required several calls to get towels and laundry delivered.
