Only 5 lounge chairs at the roof top pool and people just leave their there towels on there for hours. Someone was drying their laundry on the one chair. Security guard wouldn't move it. Laundry service is slow, suppose to have it back by 11:30am and had to fight to get it back at 2:30, finally around 3pm it showed up still wet. Great location for the airport, front deck staff are generally helpful

The hotel was beautiful, all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We were greeted by Puja and when checking in by Roshni who made me feel comfortable and even gave a complimentary breakfast! The room was a little small but still really clean and utilised well.
