Chalet has underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation and central vacuum cleaning system. Chalet stands on level ground with grass round building; pathway to jetty is surfaced. Owner’s farm sells berries and berry products, also rents out snowshoes and kicksleds. Wireless internet access (optical fiber). Tap water contains iron
