Amazing Villa with Pool 5 mins to Beach - Palm Grove 1
Palm Grove 1 is a lovely peaceful, bright and spacious 5 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom villa, with a large private pool, enclosed in a secluded lush tropical garden within the safe and established neighborhood of Mullins. This is the perfect spot if you are a first time visitor to Barbados or a long time repeat - anyone looking to enjoy Barbados fully will love this spot. The villa is on a quiet residential road, within easy walking distance of 2 glorious beaches - Gibbs and Mullins, and numerous bars/restaurants while only 5 mins from Speightstown and 10 mins from Holetown.
Set on 1/2 an acre with lush tropical palms surrounding the property - you've got lots of space and privacy to fully detach and unwind. This is a great villa for a large family or a group of friends. The pool deck is sure to be a hit - with a large pool and lots of sun loungers and couches to relax, tan or just chat. The covered verandah has even more lounge areas including a large dining table - perfect for whenever you want to sit down with everyone (we highly recommend trying some local macaroni pie!)
All of the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and four of the bedrooms also have doors opening onto the verandah and pool deck. Bedroom 1 is ensuite, while bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom and bedroom 3 and 4 share a bathroom. Lovely high vaulted ceilings make the bedrooms feel light and airy. The living room has two comfy couches, a TV, lots of books and even an office space (should you need to connect during your holiday). There is also a BBQ available for guests to use.

Family Vacation
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Barbados. Our villa was in a great location next to Mullins Beach and some great restaurants. The villa had most everything we needed and our housekeeper Donna was excellent! The outdoor space next to the pool was a great location for our meals and games nights. Thank you for sharing your villa for the many family memories we will keep forever.

Exceeds expectations
This villa was incredible, beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for our family. The pool was the highlight with multiple lounging areas and beautiful foliage as scenery made the place feel like our own private oasis. The beach really is a quick walk away too. We did a lot of our own cooking and the kitchen was equipped with everything we could need including tupperware for storing leftovers. We all agreed that we would come back in a heartbeat. The only issue was the 2 single bed room was advertised as being able to push the beds together to make a king which was not possible because of the bed frames. Other than that the villa was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. 10/10

Great Location and pool
Lovely villa, with a great pool and well maintained / clean. Concierge service was very helpful.
Excellent location near to a small beach and lovely “Sea Shed”.
There is a new building being constructed next to the villa which can sometimes be noisy during the daytime but most of the time it is fine.
Keen to go back to Barbados.

House at Palm Grove 1
The house was in a great location. Only a short walk to the beach. The outdoor area was fantastic, that was where we spent most of our time. The setup of the house was perfect for us, one small issue is the bathroom shared by 2 bedrooms. There is only sliding doors, so no real privacy when you’re using the bathroom
