A group of 10 of us visited here in June 2017. Such a lovely stay. The apartments are so big. The hotel as very clean and the service was top class. The hotel is central - lots of great things to do in Mullingar. The manager on duty, Seamie, was so helpful. He arranged taxis and recommended places to go. Thanks so much to all at the Annebrook. Would highly recommend a trip here - I will definitely be going back.

The service was friendly and welcoming. The room was excellent. The bartender was so friendly and helpful, we had a nice relaxing dinner in the pub. Best thing about this hotel is the park-like setting, off the main road of the town. Highly recommended.

I cannot give this hotel a high enough recommendation - it was exceptional! I booked a hen party for 23 ladies for 2 nights B&B (apartments and hotel) with evening meal, as well as room rental for a dance class for a couple of hours. Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel! Everything we asked for, they delivered, and with a smile I might add. Andrew and Caroline at reception really made our lives easier and were incredibly helpful throughout the weekend. There was also one or two night porters who went above and beyond to help us out numerous times! The rooms and apartments were spotless, the food in the restaurant was incredible and very elegantly presented, and the service was excellent. The hotel is also right in the centre of town. I'll be recommending this hotel to everyone!

I booked a 3 night stay in 1 of the apartments, which were clean, tidy and had a nice kitchen/living/dining room area, and reasonably sized bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite. HOWEVER, the wifi is practically non existent in the apartments. On my first night, I got a text saying that my little niece in the UK was seriously ill with meningitis. I got the text at 11pm, just as I was ready for bed, and was frantic with worry. I immediately tried skyping my family, but there was not a shred of reception to be had. I rag down reception, to be told "oh the wifi won't work in the apartments - come down to reception, and you should get reception here". So I got dressed, went downstairs, and got reception - but it was so bad, that the skype call kept getting cut off! Absolutely ridiculous in this day and age. I explained to the receptionist the situation, and frankly, she couldn't have cared less, saying "you'll just have to ring then, won't you?". I was flabbergasted at how heartless she was, and said that I had no credit on my mobile to ring the UK - my package doesn't cover it. She just shrugged her shoulders. The next morning I decided I wasn't going to put up with no internet for 3 days and asked to be changed to a room, which they did, but the wifi was still completely useless, cutting off constantly. It was a real hassle, with the price they were charging. The room itself was nice and spotlessly clean, but it had a fridge which didn't work - a few drinks I left in it were lukewarm. They sent a guy to 'fix' it, but it didn't make any difference. Food was fine - breakfast the usual full irish/cereals/breads/toast/fruit/yoghurt/juices. Dinners were ok - I ate in the bar 1 night - the food was well cooked and presented, but the choice was fairly average. Service was quick, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was centrally located in the middle of the town, right beside all the pubs/resturants/ shops etc, and overlooked the town park. BE WARNED though about the wifi - it's disgraceful in this day and age, to be so unreliable, and if you are booking the apartments for a family holiday, well there's just no point with internet mad teenagers, and no wifi!!! I complained to the manager on checkout, but they didn't care less - the attitude was "well, we've had your money now, so bye bye". Even if they had offered 10 euros off my bill or a free drink or something, it would have meant a lot. THANKS FOR NOTHING ANNEBROOK HOUSE HOTEL.

Organised to stay in the Annebrook Apartments for a hen of 25. Each of the party commented on how lovely the apartments and staff were, and the proximity to the town. The apartments are literally part of the hotel, which is great for being close to the restaurant. Can't compliment the helpfulness of thel staff enough: in particular Andy on reception and Philip in the restaurant. Went over and beyond for us.

Set in an old listed building the restaurant has great atmosphere the food is top class and the staff are very friendly and helpful highly recommended if you are staying in Mullingar over night or if you are having a staff night out.

This gem is a hidden behind the main street in the city-but it's definitely worth the trip. The man @ reception (?Steve) Was so nice he even gave me a free upgrade. The room was beautiful spotless and I even had a balcony! Breakfast was lovely.I got a great nights sleep and was able to start fresh in the morning! I would definitely recommend this hotel for all business travelers.

Well we have stayed in this hotel before, but this time it just was not quite up to standard, The beds could do with an upgrade,in the Lounge at night there was no buzz, for a Friday night we Thought there was entaintainment on?. but no, and the cost of a Tiny tin of Pringles was £2 with about 10 or 12 crisps in it. Breakfast was ok, Staff were nice. Would we stay here again, we would look at other options first.

From the moment we drove into the hotel we knew it was going to be fabulous, very well maintained, clean outside...met Andrew on check-in,really nice, friendly smiley guy,he is very professional and perfect for front of house.we tried to check in early as we were heading to a wedding for 1.30pm..Andrew informed us our room wasn't ready yet but offered to change our room to one available..not sure what our original room was going to look like but by god he gave us a stunning room 306..room is spacious with plenty of waderobe space, safe in the room, 2 shaving mirrors in the bathroom along with a fine size main mirror...room was spotlessly clean (big thanks to the accommodation staff) breakfast served from 8-11am Fri-sat morning...we were at a wedding near by until the early hours so we slept a bit late...woke at 11.15am went Down to expect maybe cereal, tea and maybe toast but the girl in the restaurant advised us we could go to the bar and we'd be looked after...an by God we were looked after...got the full works, served by Sharon in the bar, Annebrook are very lucky to have you Sharon, she served us with a smile while working really hard,clearing,cleaning,serving...couldn't get over the work this woman does, while having a constant smile on her face...I really hope the Annebrook realise what they have in Sharon...over-all really enjoyed our stay and will certainly return for a longer stay in the future...thanks Andrew and Sharon...
