Staff were lovely and beach was amazing . Food was not great and no activities or amenities that you would expect at a resort . More a hotel than a resort and certainly not of the standard expected by the Sheraton name . Would still recommend it more than staying in Apia .

Wifi great. Beach was beautiful. Beds good. Food was nice. Grounds/grass in front of rooms was nice. No staff training re service. Multiple waiters per table. Errors with food orders, no drinks service around pool, pool dirty (water not clear, debris on surface) cocktails average (made wrongly), general up keep around the place was lacking. Dirty paths to rooms, parts needing painting. Weeds growing through the pavers next to pool etc. volley ball flat, not enough pool towels, gym was terrible and run down (felt like walking to a haunted house!!), This place has so much potential but seems under invested and needs a new General Manager with better attention to detail. We won’t be back until it improves

Rooms were clean, a few broken items in the bathroom but did not affect our stay at all. Staff were absolutely wonderful, dinner service here was our favorite. We will be back again

An amazing room, good atmosphere, great staff! My daughter lost her goggles in the pool, the pool cleaner returned them to the room the next day! We went to savaii for 3 days and she had left her pounamu at the hotel, good honest staff returned it when we came back! Forever grateful as it is priceless, highly recommend and will be returning again

Close to the airport and ferry so very convenient for late arrivals. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The chef even offered to make special meals to suit dietary requirements. The set menu Samoan meal was delicious and great value. The grounds were impeccably maintained. It was pleasantly surprising that even though it is a big resort it did not feel over-run, there was plenty of space for everyone. The rooms were large and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable.

A peaceful stay

I was pleasantly surpized, I came here to relax and sit in sun while reading books, and thats what i did. THE view was beautiful, Rooms were a great size had everything i needed, staff were wonderful, You cant drink the water but they supplied watet bottles each day and more if u needed them, Its less than 10mins from the airport, and the beach was beautiful so i always sat there under the umbrellas instead of round pool.. it was very quiet, not too many visitors so just so peaceful. The food was average quality nothing fancy but i found things i liked. I had a 90min massage which was very well priced at Hotel. I did a day tour with someone i met while there we had a lovely day, stopping at all the hitspots of Samoa, it takes a while to druve around the island thats for sure.. we visited and snorkled with the Giant Clams, saw the waterfall, went to the Ocean Trench.. Drive through Apia but didnt stop.. much more built up than i exoected... The Samoans realky look aftervthere island they take pride in how it looks as u drive around..
