I was first placed in a room that did not have AC (as it was still winter). The staff was great to move me to the other side of the hotel that was not in direct sunlight.

The hotel is nice but our room smelled really bad and we had asked them if they could do something about it but all they did was spray something to mask the smell. It did not help very much. The smell came from the bathroom and we are not sure if it´s the plumbing or what.

Comfortable, but somewhat dated building and fixtures. Excellent location in down town Murcia. Internet connection expensive (Euros 19 per day), very slow, and with frequent loss of service. Great location and breakfast. Small double bed , dated, no AC that worked, and no electric kettle but was advised where to buy one.
