The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean but the only chairs in the room were hard wooden ones. It's good for an overnight stay but not if you're looking for somewhere relaxing to stay for a few days.

Motel has been nicely renovated but it’s still not what I would call luxury accommodation. Our family room was advertised online as a conjoining room however ours was a single room with a queen bed and two singles positioned very close together. Not exactly ideal for a family. The other issue was noise - our room was downstairs and with the car parks being right outside our door it was very noisy with people coming and going. The door to our room had 2 huge gaps any the top and bottom so it’s not surprise we could hear everything from outside. Again, not great for a young family trying to sleep at night. The hotel was nice, reception staff extremely friendly and amenities well thought out. The noise, small ‘family’ room and location being further away from town - I don’t think we would stay here again.

Didn't realise the room was upstairs miles away from lift. Asked for downstairs room but even though their were obvious empty rooms the only one offered was $100/night dearer. Allocated parking space was almost impossible to get into. Motel was miles away from the town centre, so walking was difficult.

Downstairs rooms refurbished nicely, could do with a better ironing board than small ones , upstairs rooms have a full size ironing board! And are newer built. Stairs and lift which is a plus! Good bed and nicely appointed!

Hotel has been designed beautifully and really makes you feel like you are on holidays. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. The happy hour is great with $12 cocktails. The facilities are lovely with a heated pool, steam room and gym. Our room was perfectly comfortable and has everything you need. Although hotel is not in town it is an easy enjoyable 10/15min walk to restaurants/town.
