Hotel has been designed beautifully and really makes you feel like you are on holidays. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. The happy hour is great with $12 cocktails. The facilities are lovely with a heated pool, steam room and gym. Our room was perfectly comfortable and has everything you need. Although hotel is not in town it is an easy enjoyable 10/15min walk to restaurants/town.

Everything looks very instagrammable but practicalities of room and and cleaning staff are a let down, especially for over $300 a night. Shower did not work, pressure kept dropping to a dribble and hot water continuously cuts out. Looking at previous reviews this has been brought up with staff already who ignored the problem. Door card stopped working and cleaner let me in, which is fine but about 15 mins later the same cleaner unlocked my door and let themselves in as they called out housekeeping. When they saw me inside they seemed shocked and let themselves out apologising. The polite and professional thing to do is knock and say housekeeping and give the guest at least a couple of seconds to respond. If the guest answers the door you then ask if they need anything. Especially since the cleaner had just let me into the room I don’t understand why they thought it was appropriate to barge in. Used the iron once and dirty gunk fell out onto my clothes. Also smoke kept coming in the room in the evening through door vents, presumably from fire near pool? Check in and check out staff friendly and efficient at least.
