This little place is located in the heart of some of the most beautiful country on the planet. This hotel is right at the base of a little ski / outdoor village. Beautiful location, friendly staff, and great little town. Highly recommend this place!

Clean. Good continental breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage. And very good that i can take coffee or tea 24 hours a day. Very friendly stuff!! But bad- that hotel not have pool. You need make pool!

We really enjoyed our stay. Cozy, little mountain village just minutes from Timberline. Staff was outstanding—-very friendly and helpful! Lobby and room was clean and tidy. Comfy room. Complimentary breakfast was great! Really good craft brewery right next door. Only negative was our shower leaked but not a big deal.

This is convienently located at the beginning going up to timberline lodge where we went skiing. Once we arrived, Mike was very welcoming and we were able to get checked in immediately. Place is cozy with covered garage for our rental car. We recommend.

Overall, the hotel was nice. We were there mid construction. There were some small issues with the room, however none of them were enough to make us want to leave or request a new room. For example the fridge leaked water all over the carpet and the showerhead sprayed all over the wall. The staff was amazing though, they were some of the best we’ve ever encountered. Given the area and The other options for accommodations, this is probably your best bet

thanks to our discount it was good if paying full price overpriced like most places In government camp they are remodeling the outside the free breakfast was good

Location next to Mt. Hood Brewery was great and the beds were very comfortable! It makes me sad that the reason for most of the construction is due to having to put air conditioners in since the climate seems to be changing. Sounds like they didn't need air because of the elevation in the past, but we were there and each night the room was 79 degrees. It took a while to cool off, but it did and with help with the ceiling fan and two tower fans that were very much appreciated! We did not have any problems with the construction! The breakfast was good, too!

I stay at best western every three months when I go out of town for my board meetings. Never stayed in this usually stay in Sandy Oregon. But decided to stay with my boyfriend at the MT HOOD best western on out way back to bend. Absolutely beautiful place. I got a hot tub room and it was perfect. the tub was huge my boyfriend is 6ft 4 and he fit comfortably which is a big thing. Had a great view of the forest and a little creek with little chipmunks running around. Everything was perfect. I will defiantly stay again

Quiet hotel and very nice staff. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very good rate as well.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast in the morning/ Cozy fireplace in the lobby and chocolate chip cookies in the evening. Has everything all the very expensive places have with a relaxed atmosphere.

Clean and got the job done. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We only stayed one night - everything was fine. No problems.

Rooms are cold and noisy. Didn't provide extra blankets on request. Did not honor room request and would not change rooms on request. Front staff gave excuses including: cleaning staff get's upset with room requests.

Great staff and facilities. 5pm snack allowed guests to mingle and share experiences.

Great spot at Govt Camp with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a free breakfast that is quite hearty. Brew pub right next door for more great food and beer. Great place for an overnight on the mountain

This hotel was ina great location for what we wanted to do in the middle of the summer

Very pleasant room including extra counter and storage space in mini-kitchenette. Loved the view of the forest out the back window. There's no air conditioning (ceiling fan instead) so a little on the warm side at night, but they say it's rare for it to be so warm there. We loved the resort feeling of the town of Government Camp. Enjoyed a walk around Trillium Lake--beautiful and perfect for an afternoon activity.
