Historical house facing the sea in Finca de Plataneras.

Finca de Plataneras Historical House, located in the North of Gran Canaria, late S. XIX Formed by a main building, with interior covered patio, 400m2, with industrial kitchen, dining room, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a toilet, all accessible to all types of public. All rooms are exterior, overlooking the garden and the sea, or Plantation of banana trees and fruit trees. Outside (garden), Finca rooms were renovated, where currently, there is a fully accessible 50m2 Loft, consisting of bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The Garden, which is accessed from a ramp from the main house, has 350m2, with solarium, Heated Pool and barbecue for the enjoyment of our guests. From the garden, there is access to Plantation of banana trees and fruit trees, of 1500 m², whose fruits and access will always be available for our visitors.
The villa features a kitchen, 5.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 7 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.

Prachtig en groot huis

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad met een groep van 12 personen (sporters op trainingskamp). Er is ontzettend veel ruimte in en om het huis. Toch is het een erg knusse en gezellige plek. De keuken voldoet aan alle eisen. Pilar is een fantastische, warme gastvrouw die altijd beschikbaar is. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Viaje atrás en el tiempo con muchísimo encanto. Relax 100%. Gran Canaria auténtica

Fuimos 3 parejas y 4 niños y la verdad es que estamos ya con ganas de repetir. Es una forma diferente e interesantísima de conocer Gran Canaria, la Gran Canaria auténtica. Empezamos por la casa, antigua mansión colonial canaria al borde del mar, desde la que accedíamos a la playa prácticamente descalzos. La casa se encuentra en una finca de plataneras, por lo que cuando nos cansábamos de mirar el mar :-), no teníamos más que girar la cabeza, y ahí nos encontrábamos con el verde de las plataneras. Por dentro, a la casa no se le puede pedir más con una distribución muy buena y decoración con mucho encanto. El estado y limpieza impecable. Es una casa muy cómoda para ir en grupo, ya que su amplitud y distribución evita las molestias por ruidos y en cierto modo propicia la intimidad de cada una de las familias que estuvimos. Juntos pero no revueltos :-)….. Los anfitriones son un encanto. Son una pareja joven, yo diría que de unos 40 y pocos, muy accesibles. Te facilitan mucha información de los alrededores, excursiones, restaurantes, recomendaciones, etc… se nota que conocen muy bien los alrededores y la isla entera, además que les gusta hacer sentir muy cómodos a los huéspedes. La casa está muy bien situada, fuera de las típicas aglomeraciones turísticas, por lo que es una fantásti-ca ocasión para conocer la auténtica grancanaria, su gastronomía y sus gentes. Está a tiro de piedra de la capital de la isla, y de Arucas, ciudad con mucho encanto y una imponente catedral. Francamente muy recomendable y con ganas de volver pronto!
