Finca Casa Nanita B is a cosy house located on a 20,000 square-meters estate which is part of a group of three homes. Situated just 2 km from the small village of Fontanales, in the town of Moya, it offers a peaceful and serene environment for enjoying a vacation in nature.



This holiday home features a spacious master bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed, a cosy living room, and a bathroom with a shower. The main living room includes a smart TV with satellite channels and a music system for your entertainment. Upon climbing some stairs from the living room, we find a second bedroom with two single beds and a generous balcony that provides panoramic views of the surroundings. Additionally, the house offers a second bathroom with a shower and a well-equipped kitchen that connects to a warm dining room. Central heating is available throughout the house to ensure your comfort during the winter months.



From the living room, you can access a charming terrace with a barbecue, an outdoor dining area, and a cosy seating area under the balcony. The terrace leads to the shared common areas with the other two houses, including a refreshing swimming pool that has a splash area, massage jets, and an integrated jacuzzi. Great House with lots of space, superb pool (although a little bit cold) and table tennis. Lays in a valley above the coastal fog. Good sunshine time even in february (8.30 am until 5 pm)

Perfect relaxing autumn break

Positives: fabulous house, views, facilities and swimming pool. We loved the area, and the the people we met were unfailingly friendly & helpful. Star gazing from the upper balcony was utterly magical. One negative: we did expect steep mountain roads with hairpin bends but the descent down the drive from the main road was slightly terrifying - not being very tall I could only just see the tip of the gateposts as we approached. I would suggest arriving in daylight if at all possible!! The bus service from Moya goes right past the gate so it would be possible to stay there without a car.

Nice location in the mountains

Alles hat gepasst, sehr schönes altes gut renoviertes Haus wo noch zwei andere Parteien mitleben. jeder kann aber für sich selbst sein, ein großer Pool der auch gepflegt ist schöne Landschaft drumherum etwas ab vom Trubel. Ausstattung gut, lediglich ein Ventilator wäre gut gewesen.

Schöne Anlage in ruhiger Lager

Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Wohnung war sauber und war mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Man kann natürlich kein 5 Sterne Haus erwarten, es hat aber alles funktioniert, das Bad war modern und wir haben uns 14 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Unter der Woche waren täglich Reinigungskräfte da, die auf Wunsch die Wohnung reinigen, was wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Auch die Anlage wird unter der Woche täglich gepfelgt.

Schönes ruhiges Haus in den Bergen

Bei schönem Wetter ein tolles Haus! Bei Regenwetter (7 von 13 Tagen)ziemlich dunkel, ca. 50 min bis Las Palmas zu fahren, um Sonne zu haben. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Wunderschöne Lage, ruhig, toller Blick und sehr schöner Garten.

Zeit zum abschalten ;)

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber , der Garten ist so toll angelegt und gepflegt da steckt viel liebe drin. Der Pool wurde immer gepflegt und alle waren sehr nett zu uns . Man kann es nur weiterempfehlen, auch wenn die Wege dorthin abenteuerlich sind .

Beautiful holiday, little bit far away from highway

The holiday house, swimmingpool and garden is beautiful, the photos correspond to reality. Beautiful and well maintained, friendly people who maintain the garden and the cottages. Blessed stay. Only downside is the distance via mountain roads, each time a short 20 km drive.

Weitblick mit guten Wlan

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt über Weihnachten, die Finca hat einen schönen Außenbereich mit tollen Pool und Weitblick. Da die Finca auf ca. 900 m liegt, wird es am Abend frisch im Dezember, so konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen, da er nicht beheizt wurde (was aber auch aus der Beschreibung hervorging. Die Ausstattung entsprach dem guten Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Erwähnen sollte man auch die sehr sehr steile Abfahrt zum Grundstück...
