At the heart of the regional park of Morvan, 2 hours from PARIS or lyon, nice comfortable home while on a 11-hectare property with several lakes (5 hectares of water), fishing on private property is free and open everyone without fishing licenses, boats are available (included in the rent; fish in carp ponds, perch, pike, black bass, roach, trout. Very quiet place in the countryside 2 km from the lake Settons.
Dog, cat animals are accepted. Supplement from the 2nd animal of 2 € per day.

Le cadre est agréable : jardin étangs... Le gîte est bien proportionné. Néanmoins nécessite une remise en état : sols carrelage cassés Murs fissures. Propreté très limite... Manque d'entretien de manière générale. Matériel cassé : grille pain, lunette WC... Dommage car beau potentiel.

Fantastisch huis en fenomenale omgeving.

We hebben met ons gezin, 6 volwassenen 1 baby en 1 grote hond, een week kunnen genieten van rust, vogels, water, en een huis waar alle spullen zijn om je verblijf heel prettig te laten zijn. De bedden waren niet super maar wel te doen voor een week. Het haard vuur hebben we veel vuldig gestookt. De omgeving hebben we als sprookjes achting ervaren. We hebben een aantal keer geroeid over de vijver, zeer leuk. Boodschappen en winkels liggen minstens 30 minuten auto rijden maar das beslist geen straf in dit natuur park. Let op dat u Frans spreekt. De verhuurster doet alles enkel via telefoon gesprekken. Verder is er geen communicatie mogelijk geweest ondanks meerdere pogingen. Met een vertaal app toch op het moment van aankomst en vertrek kunnen communiceren. Dit hebben wij als heel onprettig ervaren doch heeft dit geen effect gehad op ons verblijf. Ook de afhandeling op de vertrek dag verliep goed. Spreekt u Frans? Twijfel niet en ga zeker genieten van dit prachtige huis in de mooie natuur van de Morvan.

Superbes vacances reposantes

Notre 4ème saison parmi vous, avec toujours autant de plaisir. La maison est très bien entretenue avec tout le confort intérieur et extérieur avec une amélioration apportée chaque année pour le bien être des locataires. Pour la pêche : toujours aussi fructueuse que se soit dans les petits étangs ou les deux grands étangs principaux dans lesquels j'ai pêché pendant 2 semaines. un vrai plaisir en plus, une embarcation est mis à disposition, très bonnes relations amicales avec les propriétaires, toujours à l'écoute des clients, le rendez vous est déjà pris pour l'année prochaine bien amicalement Francis et Patricia

superbes vacances reposantes

notre 4éme saison parmi vous, avec toujours autant de plaisirs, le calme absolu le chalet est très bien entretenue avec tout le confort intérieur et l'extérieur, des améliorations tous les ans ,pour le confort des locataires, la pêche est toujours aussi fructueuse dans les 2 étangs, pas de doute là dessus, sans compter les petits, avec l'avantage de disposer d'une barque, très bonnes relations amicales avec les propriétaires, toujours à l'écoute des clients, le rendez vous est déjà pris pour l'année prochaine bien amicalement Francis -Patricia

Une maison sublime dans un coin paradisiaque

Nous venons depuis trois années nous avons fait les deux chalets et cette fois si la maison. une magnifique maison tout confort d'une propretė irrėprochable. Quelques mètres et l'étang nous attend où le poisson est en abondance. Sur la berge une jolie barque est disponible pour pêcher au milieu de l'étang . Nous y allons avec nos chats et nos chiens qui sont accueillis avec chaleur. Corine la propriétaire est une femme humble accueillante qui au moindre souci intervient immėdiatement ex bouteile de gaz à changer. Son accueil est à image de sa générosité parfait. Un petit cadeau nous attend à notre arrivé. Si on cherche des vacances au vert pour pêcher pour se reposer pour marcher pour se retrouver en famille dans un cadre paradisiaque avec un logement quatre ėtoiles nous on l'a trouvé !!!!!!!

Un coin parfait pour les champignons.

Un joli site pour la pêche à condition de prendre une autre location proposée (chalet, mobil home) car la maison, location la plus grande et la plus coûteuse est aussi la plus éloignée des étangs (!) C'est d'ailleurs la seule location sur le site qui n'a pas d'étang à côté (!) il faut descendre un petit chemin pour accéder aux étangs ceux sur lesquels les chalets sont installés. Les chalets ont droit a une bonne barque en plastique propre, la maison (location la plus grand et coûteuse) a deux barques à disposition dont une qui n'inspire pas confiance, il vous faudra vous y prendre en avance pour écoper l'eau dedans. Pour la maison équipement complet et maison bien agencée. Ménage à sa charge ou forfait ménage possible (tarif sur le site) mais la maison n'est pas dans un état parfait de propreté (hôte aspirante, toiles d'araignée, pas certain que les couvertures et tapis de bain soient lavés entre deux locations puisqu'elles se suivent sans interruption...). Réseau pas facile à trouver pour les téléphones portables et pas de ligne fixe dans la location à savoir si urgences (enfants ou autres). Pour la pêche on comprend toute l'importance de la patience, le second étang semble plus actif en terme de chasse de carnassiers que le premier, surtout le secteur des arbres morts dans le coin à gauche quand on arrive. Pour l'accueil, simple rapide, l'encaissement semble prioritaire, les explications rapides, un petit présent de la propriétaire probablement par gentillesse commerciale (...) mais en ce qui me concerne cela n'excuse pas le fait que nous nous attendions à pêcher à côté de la maison (comme n'importe quelle autre location sur le site) et au final la maison la plus grande est aussi celle qui est le plus éloignée d'un plan d'eau, pas pratique pour la pêche de nuit (!) qu'on soit en famille ou non mais théoriquement dans cette maison on y va en famille... Détail pas mentionné sur le site qui mérite d'être indiqué : PAS D'ETANG au pied de la Maison Bois - Les gillots (...) surprise assurée quand on expose dès le départ un souhait de pêche en famille et de nuit et qu'on nous répond pas de souci les locations sont en bord d'étang. Il y a bord et bord, les chalets et le mobil home sont en bord d'étang PARFAIT pour la pêche sans contrainte, la Maison n'a pas d'étang, elle est en début de chemin à l'entrée de la propriété en haut de bute. Le coin est joli, de très beaux lacs pas loin et plein de champignons et bien calme. Ne reproduira pas l'expérience...
