Im Prinzip gut, jedoch viele kleinere Verbesserungen nötig
Die Ausführungen meines Vorredners Peter bringen es auf den Punkt, seine Darstellung kann ich so unterschreiben.
Das Haus hat im Prinzip einen guten Aufbau und viel Potential, es mangelt jedoch an vielen Stellen an Kleinigkeiten. Mit ein wenig Aufwand und einigen kleineren Veränderungen ließe sich hieraus eine Top Unterkunft machen, denn die Voraussetzungen sind da. Beispielsweise könnte man den Terassenbereich erneuern, dieser ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Stühle sind äußerst unbequem und der Grill bzw die Außenküche lädt nicht wirklich zum kochen ein.
Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft ist zu bemängeln, insbesondere in Bad und Küche, aber auch in den Zimmern wurde länger kein Staub gewischt.
Hervorzuheben ist der tolle Pool und Außenbereich der Anlage. Hier hat man viel Platz für jegliche Aktivitäten. Die Umgebung ist sehr idyllisch und das Örtchen sehr nett, es bietet alles was man in einem Urlaub braucht.
Die Vermieteren war bei kleineren Problemen sofort da und hat sich um eine Lösung gekümmert.

Einschränkungen mit kleinen Kindern
Problemloser, sehr netter Empfang durch Besitzerin, die nebenan wohnt. Sehr großes Grundstück mit Pool. Gartenmöbel, Liegen, Gasgrill, Barbecue vorhanden. Ruhige Lage, Auto unbedingt erforderlich.
Viel Platz im Haus, im Prinzip alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Betten gut, Küchengeräte sehr gut.
Negativ bzw anzumerken sind folgende Punkte:
- Sauberkeit der Fußböden und Bäder
- Amerikanische Küche mit Hockern für kleinere Kinder und alte Menschen wenig geeignet
- Sehr schönes Haus, aber leider sieht man ihm innen und außen an, dass schon länger keine Renovierung und gründliche Reinigung mehr vorgenommen wurde.
- Spielgeräte gute Idee, aber wegen ihres Zustands leider nicht zu gebrauchen
- ausgetrocknete Ratte direkt hinter der Kinderschaukel
- Pool nicht umzäunt, aber mit Alarmanlage. Vorsicht mit kleinen Kindern.
Es sind im Prinzip Kleinigkeiten, die leicht behoben werden können. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
L’emplacement est idéal, un confort optimum, très bonne literie, décoration chaleureuse (le poile à bois top), la compagnie du gentil Bounty, chat des propriétaires fut fortement apprécié de tous, je recommande vivement cette location!
Das Haus war in Ordnung und hatte eine tolle große Kueche. Fuer den Hund war der Garten herrlich. Drum herum gab es noch etwas Baustelle, da die Eigentümer nebenan ihr eigenes Haus bauen. Wenn dann mal alles angelegt und zugewachsen ist ist es ein sehr schönes Haus. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett und brachte uns sogar einen Korb mit frischem Gemüse vorbei.
