Brand New cozy and bright Sunny studio 230 sq ft. Washer dryer, gas range, overhead storage, high ceilings, ceiling fan, sleeper sofa, storage bed. Private entrance. Cute small private patio. Walk-able to g@@gle, campus and close to L1nkedin, Stanford, Faceb00k. Less than 5 minute to the interstate. Located on Middlefield and sierra vista.

Have an entire unit to yourself for the price of a single room! The Sunny Studio is a newly built, studio in the heart of the Silicon Valley in Mountain View ( Walkable to G@@gle ). The Studio features everything you’d want in a vacation house, just scaled down to fit into 220 square feet.

-Fully Equipped Kitchen: Small electroc stove, microwave, apartment size fridge + freezer.
-Stocked 3 Piece Bathroom: Shower, sink, toilet , plus toiletries
- Washer Dryer
-Connected Home: Wifi and 30” Smart TV are available to use

The perfect location for business or pleasure, the Sunny studio is within minutes of highways 101 and 880 and bikeable to all major public transportations (Bus, Lightrail, Caltrain). G@@gle at a walkable/cycling distance. Within walking distance of small shopping center with Starbucks, a mexican restaurant and Safeway grocery store. It is 2 miles from Mountain View Downtown/ Castro street which is a great area to hang out … to walk around & people watch, drink coffee, eat at a ethnic restaurant and browse some bookstores. There are plenty of restaurants, most of which have outdoor seating on the street. It is 5 minutes of walk from Crittenden Running track with a basket ball court. Minutes from Permanente Creek trail for cycling and walk. Close to Walmart, Costco, Target, Whole Foods, Safeway, 7-11 - neighborhood groceries
