The Farmhouse at Avon Acres - a gorgeous and comfortable classic farmhouse with a modern aesthetic surrounded by 40 acres of farmland with incredible views and sunsets. Includes plentiful parking and a one acre yard, including a smaller fully fenced inner yard for Kids and dogs with a playset.
Located near amazing farms for fall activities! Bring your kids for remote learning in a rural environment! Fast WiFi for all meetings and Zoom calls, and ample space to play!
This lovely 1910 farm house is full of character with coved ceilings, arched doorways & built-ins. Surrounded by farmland, with sweeping views and a pastoral setting. The space is private and serene, yet only minutes away from downtown Mount Vernon and 8 minutes from Costco!
There is a large grassy lawn in front, perfect for soccer games and a fenced backyard area with a play structure for your kids to enjoy.
Four bedrooms upstairs are furnished with modern décor and a shared, updated bathroom.
Downstairs you will find a fully stocked kitchen, living room with fireplace, and TV room with streaming options, in addition to a pull-out sofa bed.
Guests have access to the 1st and 2nd floors of the home (~2000sf) and all of the yard. The basement as well as the Barn and Granary (small barn) to the rear of the house are not accessible to guests.

Beautiful house
Gorgeous house and property. We had quite a few of us staying for a wedding in mount Vernon- overlooked the fact that there was only 1 shower in the house for 10 adults which was challenging but our fault for not really realizing that until we were there. We had a lovely stay and would recommend this beautiful house and property!

The house is lovely. older farm house and nicely updated.
We were so busy we did not get a chance to just hang out,
but our grand daughters had a great time watching the goats and the chickens.
They want to come back and just stay and play!

Peaceful retreat on the farm
We enjoyed our stay at Avon Acres. The house was perfect for our 4th getaway. We spent one day exploring deception pass, less than 30 minutes away, and the rest of the time enjoying the deck and yard. Our little one loves the swing set and asked everyday to feed the goats. The house is perfect for families, lots of space to spread out and so many toys and books for kids. We look forward to coming back.

Great Getaway
Alex was such a gracious and kind host and responded promptly to our questions. The farmhouse was a lovely retreat and the goats and chickens were great too! We are looking forward already to our next visit.
