"Everything was pristine and cozy. The family room was great for an adult, 2 kids and a dog. The lobby area was quiet and welcoming. I tried texting the number provided twice to ask for a late check out but no one answered my texts. Communicating with staff might require a little more research."

"Pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel is! Not being familiar with the area, We did a last minute booking so the rates were much lower than was expected for fall foliage, so I was not sure what I was walking into, but Let me tell you it’s our new getaway! Staff was so kind and friendly, very clean overall, not just the room, it smells fresh everywhere we went, breakfast was a bonus! Loved the kid friendly lounge areas as my kiddos get bored in the room. Just a great overall experience! Pool area and game room, and the local pizza place Ziggys was so good!! Across the street is a pub that we will try next time, as we have been to their sister location an always a great meal there as well. "

"Able to be next to the lake and have the view was beautiful. Walking in have a little of basement odor. Try to plug in the mini fridge but I don’t think it was working and see some opening cracks that wasn’t fix properly. The stairs going upstairs was narrow and also have an odd smell. Rooms were set up nicely and neat. The back door stairway, I had opened to check but it looked like no one had come and cleaned it for so long. Spider webs and full of leaves. The same to grill side. I want to sit and enjoy the view of the lake but furniture was dirty too. And also I had found dead mosquito that was smashed on the wall still attached to the wall. But overall I’m happy that my husband and I able to do the weekend getaway. "
