Located steps away from the stunning Old Village & 10 mins to downtown Charleston. 2 master bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms .4 bedrooms + an additional den area with pull-out sofa, Enjoy a chef's kitchen, fenced yard, garage hot tub lounge and fenced in backyard firepit. Professionally managed by Royall Stays. Please note the hot tub will not be available for use until the end of August. We are waiting on electrical work.

Great for a week with friends
We had four friends together for a week to explore Charleston and reminisce about old times. The kitchen made for a great place to have home cooked meals when we didn't want to go out. We appreciated having four bedrooms each with their own bathroom en suite. The property is clean, and being on a cul de sac, there's not a lot of traffic noise. It's a short drive to downtown Charleston and even shorter to Sullivan's Island. A large grocery store is so close that I walked there and back for one quick trip. This was an ideal vacation experience.

Perfect spaces all around
We visited your property with our 3 adult children and their wives and had a great experience. There was a private bath attached to each bedroom and so much space in the living area with very comfortable ( and beautiful ) furnishings! So close to Sullivans Island and very safe !
