Shady, quiet condo community with pool and community dock overlooking Shem Creek provides a gorgeous place to relax while enjoying all Charleston has to offer.

2 bedroom, 2 bath, ground floor condo in shady, quiet community in Mt Pleasant SC. Community dock with great marsh views. Pool open seasonally (typically May - September). Pool closed Mondays for cleaning.
Screen porch and open air patio, fully stocked kitchen and dedicated work space.
Dedicated, free parking space on site.
