Charming and modern guest house in the heart of Mount Pleasant (Midtown neighborhood). This unit is an 8 minute car ride to Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms, and 18 minute car ride to Downtown Charleston. You will have your own separate and private entrance to the guest house. It is located on the 2nd floor of the garage. As you enter, you will see a beautiful full size kitchen (microwave, convection oven, refrigerator, and portable electric hot plate, air-fryer, and all things needed to make a full meal). No stovetop or oven in the unit. The living space has a TV with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime) accounts. The laundry room has both a washer and dryer. You will have free and strong WIFI throughout your stay. The unit is located across the street from a beautiful Eagle's Nest, walking distance to MUSC Midtown and Walmart. This is a peaceful neighborhood and yet centrally located part of town. This property is considered a long-term rental, and nothing less than 30-nights can be booked.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The apartment also includes a washing machine.
