Welcome to beautiful Lake Ouachita! You are going to love your stay at The 23A in Mountain Harbor Resort. From our condo you are close to 2 swimming pools, a beach, tennis courts, basketball court, playgrounds and lots of trails for walking, mountain biking and ATV riding. Our favorite is Hickory Nut Mountain. The view is incredible! The lodge has a great lake view restaurant! You can enjoy your food at their outside dining area along with 2 fire pits, a cocktail pool and family games like corn hole. At the marina, you can rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, paddle boards and canoes. If you are bringing your own boat, you can rent boat slips by the day through the resort. You can also get scuba certified! Fishing guides are available. There are 2 bass guides & 1 striper guide. I can tell you from experience - it is a BLAST for all ages! You can also visit the Horse Stables at Mountain Harbor Resort. You will love watching the deer roam. There is no better place to relax and spend time with your family than Our Place!

This place looks exactly as shown on VRBO. Was what we needed for the weekend that we had planned. Dawn to dusk on the lake, a place to lay our head at night. Communication with owner was great. Check-in was super easy and fast too. If you are going to be spending much time in the condo, I’d advise the following:If you aren’t a flat pillow person, bring your own. We put two together and ended up being very comfortable. Ask ahead how to use the thermostat. We got in late and didn’t want to bother then owner. Took us two you-tube videos and ChatGPT to figure it out. Parking is tight in the evening. It’s easier to walk a few extra steps that maneuver a packed parking lot!!We will certainly stay here again!
