You and your family will enjoy the beautiful home in Mt Dora, we are not too far from downtown. I know you will enjoy our vacation home. Our home is warm and the town is a wonderful town for the entire family.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Good place, not 5 bathrooms

The house was nice, large yard, pleanty of parking (also a lot across the street). Didnt match the description. There are only 2-1/2 baths, not 5 as stated. The spa whirlpool tub is gone. I would not recommend this as a Vacation home, but as a sleeping pad for a large group, that is busy during the day, this is a good value. Low water pressure in the showers and only 1 tv (in the living room). Owner communication was good.

The property was great for our family. It only sleeps 10 not 12 as stated in listing. It was adequate for us. The property could use some TLC. We would rent it again. Location was perfect.

Nothing fancy, but a good value

Host is great, and generous with check in and check out times. We were a family group in town for a wedding. The beds were all comfortable. Plenty of towels for everyone. Back yard is quite sizable. The kitchen supplies (glasses, cups, flatwear) were a bit sparse, but since we didn't eat at the house often, we made it work. No ice maker in the freezer. Great washer and dryer. I noticed another guest had commented on the oven being too hot... there are 2 settings for the bake option: with convection or without. I tried it without and it worked perfectly. Only one TV in the house. Getting the house to a comfortable temperature was difficult due to the controllers being "smart" and likely run throigh an app. Our override helped sometimes, while other times not at all. Overall, it was a good stay and good value and would likely stay again. worked. attend a wedding

Mt Dora trip

Many things were in disrepair. The kitchen was dirty. Everyone’s feet were black after walking on the floors. The kitchen drawer was broken. The oven burned things we put in it. No strainers in the sinks. The shower was har to control as the handle turned around and around. They didn’t prepare for 9 people, such as very little toilet paper, plates, cups and glasses, as well as silverware

Perfect for Family Reunion

We had a Celebration of Life for my brother and I booked this home because it accommodated 10 people comfortably. The owner allowed our gathering which consisted of 20 people. We not even only enjoyed the accommodations, but the ability to spread out throughout the house to have several conversations going without feeling claustrophobic. I was unable to use the link provided in the email due to the VRBO app not working, but the owner called me to find out why she hadn't heard from me for check-in. That was a godsend! She personally texted me the door code. There were several questions I had throughout our stay and she answered my texts immediately. We talked about having a family reunion once a year because life is too short to not spend time together. This house will definitely be the one to return to.

Nice big house

Can fit 4 couples easily and has huge backyard and nice sun room ... had a little mix up with booking but property manager fixed everything easily ... area is great and walkable ... very hotel like with automatic soap dispensers and shampoo but great for the price
