(Pictures don't show all this home has to offer) Enjoy a relaxing stay while waking up to wildlife in the morning and evening, conservation land in the back of the property for privacy, Enjoy peaceful morning walks with nature, water views front and back, private dead-end road. deck, grill 5 minutes to town beach walking distance to boat ramp, fishing, fire pit, corn hole, basketball, Wi-Fi, Central AC, 5 miles to Jojo's country store. Check in time is 4pm and check out before 10:00 am. You will be responsible for any damages caused by you or your party during your stay. Cancellation will be fully refunded with a 30-day notice. after 30 days no refund. Rental fee is $3500.00 per week. Boat slip available for extra charge.
