The greatest influencing factor for my score is the unexpected proximity to the other rentals, as well as an inaccurate description on the posting while eludes to washer/dryer within the unit (not the case), Wifi (couldn't even get a strong enough signal to read emails), and overall lack of privacy. We had originally booked with the intention of sharing the rental with others - and we're glad that didn't really work out since although it technically "sleeps" 10 it isn't really setup for multiple families to stay together. One shared bed/king upstairs (2 adults), with another room housing 3x twin bunks (6 kids), and a downstairs room with twin beds (2 kids, not comfortable for adults). The furniture and art feel a bit hobbled together, which isn't a major concern but for the price point it just doesn't feel as high end as it could be.
