This two-storey Motuoapa holiday home offers spacious open-plan living upstairs, with an additional living area downstairs, making it ideal for large family groups. In winter, relax by the fire and enjoy the warmth, while in summer, unwind on the deck with views of the lake and fire up the BBQ for a perfect evening.

This Motuoapa accommodation offers a great setup for groups. Upstairs, bedrooms 1 and 2 each feature a queen bed. Downstairs, bedroom 3 also has a queen bed, while bedroom 4 is equipped with a double bunk. The downstairs lounge includes two single beds available when needed. For added convenience, there is a bathroom on each floor.

This is a great location, just a short stroll to the marina, boat ramp, and lake edge. The local café is only a minute’s walk away, and Turangi is just a 5-minute drive. Great Location ,Great place for big family .Few things needs upgrade .Tv was old ,you cant even connect chrome cast .Iron was old and burned .DVD was there but DVD movies were so old that some of kids movies old barbie and Shark toy story ..We are regular guest for Book a batch and every house we went to have some coffee Tea and small milk to start for guest but this house kitchen had absolutely nothing .If you arriving late at night make sure you have coffee milk and sugar with you to survive night .Over all house was warm and clean .Great location ,easy to find. Best thing this house has life on the stair for older people who cant walk on stairs .

Was family holiday home growing up

My husbands grandparents built this Motuoapa holiday home in the mid 1950's. (Their photo is on the wall in the lounge) It was lovely for him and our family to spend a weekend there with a lot of reminiscing. It's changed some what over the years. It has a great location to the lake and walks in the area. We had 3 generations staying and it worked well with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. We will definately be back.

Great warm & cosy option for accommodation for a winter snow getaway with the family, less than 10 min from Turangi - lovely outlook onto the lake. Nice to have 2 living areas so the kids can have a space to stretch out and plenty of games & puzzles if the weather isn't nice.
