In the district of Vista Allegre 2.6 km from the centre of Motril, 23 km from the centre of Almuñécar, in an elevated position on a slope, 6.5 km from the sea, 6.5 km from the beach. Private: large garden (fenced) with 3'500 m2 wildlife garden, natural garden, swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Nov.). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Las Angustias" 2 km, sandy beach 6.5 km. Sports harbour 6.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, surf school 6.5 km. Nearby attractions: Almuñecar, La Herradura, Salobreña, Alpujarras, Granada, Nerja.
