"Adorable cabin, well stocked, and great location just seconds from the public boat launch and park. They have added a mattress to the loft as well which made it perfect for our teens. Comfy beds and great outdoor space, even in the rain. "

"The village retreat is a beautiful home with very thoughtful amenities. The welcome basket was full of goodies and a great start to the stay. This is a great place to stay for families with tweens and teens as we had ample usage of the ping pong table, croquet set, chess set, and fire pit. The coffee/tea set up is amazing with an easy to use espresso machine and drip coffee maker as well as an electric kettle with many tea varieties. Lots of upscale touches in the house including Pendleton linens and the like. Small inconveniences include only having seating for six at the dining table and a shortage of seating in the main living area, but this can be remedied by moving some chairs around. Overall the Village Retreat is an amazing place to stay!"
