Um lugar maravilhoso para aproveitar com a família. Café da manhã muito bom, atendimento gentil e cordial, quartos limpos, muitos atrativos para todas as idades. Já estive hospedada pelos menos umas 10 vezes. A única observação que tenho a fazer agora é sobre o restaurante ONSEN, que fica dentro do hotel. A qualidade caiu significativamente. A comida não tem sabor e uma entrada que pedi estava com gosto bem ruim e duvidoso. Fiquei bem decepcionada com os pratos que consumimos. Era um restaurante excelente, com muitas opções e até sushi. É um ponto de atenção pq o Thermas era um local de onde nem era preciso sair. Tinha tudo de bom. Teve uma época que até pizza tinha no restaurante do parque. Hoje está ficando restrito. No mais, maravilhoso! Voltarei sempre que possível.

No momento do check in, só foi liberado quarto às 15h50, e mesmo tendo feito o pré check in online, ainda peguei fila. Propriedade precisando de reparos, com aspecto velho. Falta acessibilidade para quartos superiores. Não houve limpeza nos quartos de um dia para outro. Máquinas de ar condicionado direcionados para as camas, sem defletores e aparentemente com manutenção precária. Café da manhã com muitas filas e a reposição demorada.

Os quartos tem um bom tamanho e estavam bem limpos. Camas confortáveis. Banheiro com chuveiro elétrico forte. O café da manhã é muito farto e delicioso. Tem opção para fazer tapiocas e omeletes na hora. A academia é razoável. Pesos e equipamentos desgastados, mas dá para treinar, porém o ambiente é bem quente mesmo com ar condicionado ligado. Senti falta de álcool ou outro produto para higienizar os equipamentos, principalmente colchonetes, pois há muitos gatos no hotel e eles acabam entrando na academia também. O parque aquático é bom. Tem várias piscinas com temperaturas diferentes. Um problema são os gatos que, assim como na academia, conseguem acessar o parque aquático, sobem nas mesas, avançando na comida dos hóspedes. É algo bem chato e compromete a higiene do local. De modo geral, é um bom hotel, com funcionários gentis e prestativos.

A academia com as esteiras sem funcionar, sem aguas suja e com gatos dentro.Quarrto limpo pore, os moveis sem manutenção. No parque os brinquedos sem manutenção as crianças se machucando, enferrujados escadas dos brinquedos os funcionarios do parque sem acolhimento com pessoas ingnorantes. Tem que fazer um treinamento para que eles possam atender com mas educação. gatos espelhados por todo ambiente e cheio de fezes de gato mal cheiro. Essa é a segunda vez que vou porque a dois anos atras fui e amei. Recomendei para amigos e levei minha mãe e meus irmãos e infelizmente estava nesse estado. Espero que melhore.

O local possui uma estrutura muito boa. Excelente custo benefício. É um espaço família. As piscinas ficam abertas até às 23:00. Hóspede usufrui melhor do parque aquático. A equipe é muito boa. Pontos de atenção! Feriados e maior movimento no hotel tende a demorar mais no check-in. As crianças precisam de um protetor para os pés nas piscinas aquecidas por que fica machucando. Diferencial! Tem uma área kids por trás do restaurante, tem diferentes áreas com gramado, pedalinho, estacionamento coberto.

Café da manhã maravilhoso, com muita variedade e td mto bom. O box do banheiro vazava água p parte do vaso, ficou o tempo todo molhado pq nao tinha como enxugar. Camas mto confortáveis.
