The first bedroom on this floor features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and opens directly onto a balcony, while the second bedroom is appointed with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and also benefits from private balcony access. A well-equipped open kitchen serves the main floor, fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room complete with bidet and WC serves the upper level. On the lower ground floor, the third bedroom is a self-contained retreat featuring 1 french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, its own shower room with WC, and a separate small open kitchen equipped with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates. This lower ground floor bedroom also enjoys direct access to a balcony.
