The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. On the upper floor, you will find one room with a single bed, another room with a French bed, and a third room with one single bed and one French bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet, and the other with a bathtub, shower, and a double hand-basin. The property also has a balcony spanning 9 square meters and a terrace of 19 square meters.
