L’appartement a une situation idéale.Il est fonctionnel avec beaucoup de rangements.Le canapé est bien confortable pour dormir.L’esprit déco du studio est agréable et pas du tout vieillot.Il aurait été agréable d’avoir un radiateur côté salle de bain. Il y a des petites finitions à revoir mais secondaires.Il n’y a pas de wi-fi prévu.La propriétaire est très agréable et disponible par message. Connaissant Avoriaz, il n’est pas parfait mais je trouve que c’est un bon rapport qualité prix, je pourrais y revenir

Du bon et du moins bon

L'annonce précisait qu'il y avait des serviettes et le forfait était inclus dans le prix mais il n'y en avait pas. Quand je l'ai fait remarquer à la propriétaire, elle ne m'a pas proposé de remboursement. Le logement n'était pas très propre. La tringle à rideaux était tombée dès notre arrivée et ce n'était pas la première fois. La conciergerie est néanmoins intervenue rapidement. En revanche, le canapé est top et l'emplacement de la résidence idéal. Je trouve que le rapport qualité prix n'est pas au rendez vous. Dommage.
